After break mostly I never have good things same happening in today games with Arsenal and Crystal Palace having chance of win with Everton is surely going to end with draw which I am expecting but Luton and Newcastle United both ruin the party with Luton score 3 goals and now Newcastle United score 2 quick goals which are enough for them to have win and bring down high-flying Aston Villa from the top four.

Edit: Arsenal score their first goal through Jesus 25 minutes left.

City were champions 2 times between 2008 and 2016 (without Guardiola) and 5 (potentially 6) times with him. Even if he inherited the best team in the world (which he did not, far from it), it would still be an incredible success to achieve such results.
You're trying to split beans for no real reason, most of you agree anyway that he's one of the best coaches football has ever seen.

SAF's dominance in the early PL era was even bigger, but the EPL then was not nearly as competitive as today.
That probably makes Guardiola the most successful manager overall - but yeah - money that he spent to get there will always be something that will diminish the success by a little bit.

I think the most fair assessment of who overachieved the most would be the net amount spent per points won. In the same period they are in the PL, Guardiola won 716 points with a net spend of 700 mil and Klopp won 671 points with a net spend of 250 mil.

That would say that Klopp is the league's lone overachiever, but then again - most of the trophies went Guardiola's way. The same thing happened in Germany.

Let me disagree. From a scientific point of view, we need more tests to see Guardiola's abilities. The circumstances were such that he started from someone else’s legacy (Rijkaard) and he managed the golden generation of the Spanish national team, which won absolutely everything they could. Then he had Jupe Heikens's Bayern, which dominated the Champions League, and by the way, he failed with it. Then he ended up with a cheating City that flooded everything with money.
Where should I see greatness here? Or at least proof that he is above average?
It is very correct that you mentioned the importance of the funds spent. Guardiola became the first coach in history to spend more than 2 billion on transfers. A small hint at his “qualifications”, right? But I would say that combined with the fact that he already had the greatest teams under management and continued to pour cosmic money into them casts a huge doubt on his abilities as a coach.

Mmmm ok, if Guardiola only became successful because he had access to funds to the players he wanted and needed then do you think Ten Hag would have the same kind of success as Guardiola if he managed Man City?  :/

It all comes down to the manager's mind for the game too imho.  And Guardiola has a good tactical mind for the game.  And here's the thing, a huge transfer budget wouldn't turn a mediocre into a brilliant one and win a treble.

Liverpool were flawless tonight, missed so many chances and still won by such a high margin. Remember watching a video earlier today of a Chelsea fan comparing players from both clubs and was asking who know Bradley? They certainly know him now.

Klopp was very smart in announcing his Liverpool retirement in the middle of the season while the club was leading the league, so the English Var do everything they can to send him packing with a title. Every wrong call went against Chelsea, with two penalties denied and Liverpool receiving one for Jota's dive. Our defenders are getting yellow cards for clean tackles. The players should have some balls and walk off the pitch; they give these English referees a lot of power. It was a terrible robbery, and any LiVarpool fan celebrating is equally shameless

There is no such thing as a neutral football fan; those who mainly use that term are fans whose club is deep in the table with little history, therefore they mostly pretend to be neutral to avoid having their buttocks burned off. You defend LiVarpool at every chance you got.

Chelsea was publicly robbed, and rival fans and football Legends screamed VAR all over the Internet, believing that if the early knock on Gallagher had been given as PK, the game would have ended differently. Van Dyke literally knocked out Gallagher and Nkunku knowing that VAR and referees had already been given the brown envelope before the game.

The math that Klopp's Liverpool believes in is still correct. Chance conversion is the most difficult to sustain, we have had Liverpool v1 and Spurs, even Arsenal last season to prove this. You can always overperform, but not in the long run. What you can sustain, is chance creation. So as long as Nunez creates chances for himself and his teammates, the math should translate into salvageable points, even if underperforming. And when he overperforms...? Monster.

Need to remind people I'm a Jota lover, Nunez liker. He's not my first pick but I love having him in the mix.

Yeah, quite a few do. Watford comes to mind haha a few seasons ago breaking our back and leading us to lose a string of games after that.But I know what you mean of course, clubs can buy 11 but that 12th player? Man.

I laughed at the logo by looking at it for a long time. It is really very funny to see Chelsea still getting in this situation after spending this much money.

I think we make our own luck. He is clinical but not reliable. There are strikers that I will be willing to bet on to score even with just a little sight of goal and to do that consistently, Halland, Toney, Solanke. Nunez does not have that killer instincts.

Personally think he was great yesterday but you know being unlucky was the main highlights for him on that game. He made decent attempt with his shot but yeah compared to the other top EPL striker, he is not there yet. I counted around 4 times that he hit the woodwork so yeah that was quite unfortunate for him but as for Chelsea, it was a fortunate series for them otherwise there would be 3-4 more goal

There is no doubt as things were going I was expecting a good number of goals from Liverpool, but luck was with Chelsea side, and they concede only 4 goals with 4 times hit sidebar frustrating day for the Darwin Núñez but still good for the Liverpool and their fans.

Now after end of first half Manchester United were leading by 0–2 and suddenly in 94 minutes we have 3–3 which again turn into Manchester United way with late goal from Mainoo a good timely win for them and a poor day for me with both gone wrong after having good results in yesterday games.

He is a very decent player. Has lots of energy, good positioning, ability to drop deep and receive the ball and pushes defenders all the way during the time he is on the pitch. If he could add just a little more to his finishing he would be great.

I counted around 4 times that he hit the woodwork so yeah that was quite unfortunate for him but as for Chelsea

We can hope someone unluckiest will also break this record in near future because records have never been going to stay forever.
No doubt he is decent play but sadly fail to give his best in last season, but we can hope for the better future. Now we are heading for the another super round with the biggest match is Arsenal hosting Liverpool and many other encounters are going to have good changes in league table.

Everton try to catch with Tottenham and Brentford will also try to fight back after many poor weeks and now near the danger zone.

Congrats to our pool captain.Now I realize we are already past round 22 and this very weekend we are going to have weekend 23 which means it is already taking shape who is most likely to end in a winning position.Unfortunately for me it seems as I am stuck in the 32-35th range from quite some time and quite some distance in points with the prize spots.There is still time though to save the season if we happen to have some consecutive positive weeks.

Arsenal win definitely. Liverpool are in good form but I just feel that Arsenal will have the edge in this one and make the title race a bit more interesting.

Brighton is the team which I find to be most predictable these days. I would expect Crystal Palace to win owing to the poor run of form of the seagulls, but they could show up with a masterclass.
