This squad badly needs Osimhen and Felix, and we need to get it done as soon as possible before PSG does. We're removing Lukaku and Sterling from our wages to save around £700k, which should be enough to cover Osimhen and Felix's wages plus some leftover change

If we don't get our attack sorted out before next game I would know we're not a serious club.

Another last moment change cost me points in this round, I changed prediction in Chelase vs Man City from 0:2 to 1:3 
I expected more goals in this match but Premier League is just getting started and City machine is not firing from all weapons right away.
So far Brighton is the only team that scored 3 goals but we have one more match left Leicester vs Tottenham.
There is a big competition on top of Superbru leaderboard, and I want to see Mafia removed from top

BTW OP how many prize spots do we have? Last season I thought 20, and ended up 10. Are we having the same now? I don't see anything in OP seems like very old info, maybe put the link there?

How many places we pay and how much the prizes are will depend on how many people sign up.

We got 46 sign ups which is up there with amounts from previous pools, so I would expect it stays the same with top ten players winning prizes.

Same as last season, yes, that info was discussed but never finalized. Last season we had IIRC 50+ players and discussed for 20 prize spots, but in the end it became 10, and actually we only discovered the prize amounts after the competition ended.

How about in this 50+ pool? Any supporter who is NOT from the big teams?

Yeah, I agree. I'll update the OP once I finalise things. I'll give people a couple of weeks maybe a month tops to get their payments in. I don't think it will be more than ten places though.

It is confusing for me as old player to find info, imagine how for a new player I know all of us don't care but I'm asking because I am thinking of new players or even people thinking about joining.

As a new player, I don't really care whether the top 10 or 15 places get a reward. I'm here for the fun, and if I win something, even better.

I generally dislike big teams, but since City is the only EPL team with Croatian players, I have no other option but to support them. That said, it's hard not to like Leicester after what they did back in 2015/2016. Everyone loves a Cinderella story.

More prizes means more people joining the pool which makes it more competitive and fun to play in... Already signup fee was dropped which could have attributed to the great reception but 50players shouldn't be the target...let's go for 100+ players and make this the biggest competition on the forum going forward .

So unless the game ended with 0-3 for Tottenham then you are almost guaranteed to get that freebet

imo 2-0 picks is kinda the 'safest', you literally will get 1.5 points if the game ended with 1-0 or 2-1 so yeah

Spurs were better,, Leicester were worse in the first half they didn't do any attack still not strong enough to face Spurs... Vardie is too old he can't run anymore.

Don't let there be a surprise situation later in the second half for Leicester, Tottenham should win more easily because they attacked a lot.

As distributing the prize to only top 5 places is going to cause even the people in middle places to lose interest in the pool as time goes on, I also think that at least 10-15 people must be given a prize.

After Tottenham showed a quite good performance in the first half today, Leicester scored the equalizer. And after that I think Leicester were the better side in the match. Tottenham absolutely need to learn their lesson from their second half performance.

For reward distribution you can do anything you want, more players should share reward but I first place should win big in any case.
We have 54 players in this pool and that sounds amazing.

If you ask me, I prefer that only the top 1-10 receive prizes. Because I think 20% of 50 participants is already a lot and that's too much for the number of people who can win a prize. It feels like the winners are putting in little effort. Well, that's just how it is —if you think you have no chance of winning by mid-season, that's your fault. I don't see any participants will losing interest in this tournament because even if you're in last place, every matchday you still have a chance to win 0.002 btc freebet and the chance to make a comeback is still there. For me whatever the majority wants for prize distribution, I'll go with that.

Glad that the change in prediction didn't affect my overall points. I really didn't expect Spurs to have an easy day yesterday - although they did deserve a narrow victory.

Regarding the freebets - I really need to start doing better with these. I really get a lot of them and just waste them on some crazy 20x bets.
