Joao Pedro's last goal was painful but that's a weak defense.

They somehow left 2 brighton players free within the six yard box with so many United players in the box picking up no one. Horrendous.

I think Brighton's first goal was also because the defender didn't clear the ball just let it go to Mitoma which eventually became a goal on the pass to Welbeck.

Wellbeck always finds a way to score against his former employees. I had the temptation to bet on him to score but did not take it.

Manchester United do deserve to be considered clowns.

Am regretting at the moment after having him in my fantasy team for gamweek1 were he blanked with a shameful 2points only for him to secure a 9points in gw2 and my replacement blanks @#&%€...wish I had players like  Palmers or Madueke who scored big this time around. Yep. Two clubs that amuse me (if you don't take into account that I support United and also experience negative emotions from the results). In Ten Hag, I laugh at how after another defeat he tells fairy tales that the game was good and "the team is progressing" although it's fucking obvious to me that with him it is deteriorating. Chelsea are ridiculous with their results + a crowd of players. And the other day I was shocked by the statement of their coach that he trains the main team and does not take into account the rest of the players. It must be unpleasant to have a contract with Chelsea and hear something like that.

And I got the wooden spoon  . Brighton robbed me of a perfect score by getting the winning goal in injury time against Man United. Had a couple of games at 0-0 which they were goalless at half time but ultimately didn't come in but that's how it goes I guess.

Otherwise Brighton winning was one of those games that caught be by surprise as I didn't see them winning   so you can imagine starting the round on a closing streak with the Hammers destroying Crystal Palace the favourites of the game...

I checked his interview after the game... Everything is as usual: we controlled the game, we were unlucky, we conceded two "unnecessary goals" etc. It seems like he's delirious. I'm also irritated by how he reasons that: in attack we need to play more aggressively, in defense - more carefully, we need to realize scoring chances more effectively, etc. Who is he explaining this to? He is the head coach and he has to improve the game.

Exactly this. Last season United drew with Liverpool twice and knocked them out of the FA Cup and for some reason it seems to me that this luck will end in the next round, where Liverpool will be maximally focused on the result. This was Chelsea IIRC all the time last season, same as Manchester United. Win one game big, lose next game like clowns. This season feels very different already tho. City usually lose a game early, now they are winning both. Same as Liverpool, usually they draw early.
