Correct me if I'm wrong, but since BTER is almost always a few sat pricier than Mintpal, couldn't you buy low on Mintpal and sell higher on BTER and just do that over and over and over?
Arbitrage can be quite risky for the unskilled... and the skilled if their not paying very close attention. Exchange speeds can kill you too.

Hi,
I have a question about the PoS minting. It was supposed to start after 20 days. The FAQ states that: Any "moved" coins the pos time (coin-day) will be reset for them. It will not affect other "unmoved" coins in the wallet.
I have a total of 6 transactions in my wallet
Received 12000 at 10 Feb Received 2830000 at 10 Feb
Total coins in wallet: 2842000
Sent 2000 at 24 Feb Sent 2000000 at 24 Feb
Total coins in wallet: 840000
Received 2000 at 26 Feb Received 1500000 at 26 Feb
Total coins in wallet: 2342000
So 840000 coins were never moved at all and have been sitting in my wallet since 10 Feb (21 days) but I yet to start minting new coins. The wallet is unlocked and synced with the network. Did I f**k up by sending the 2002000 coins out of my wallet? The FAQ clearly says that the coins that were not moved do not reset the age. I will really appreciate any tips on how to fix it.

It may be that when you made the payments on 24 Feb, the unspent coins went to a 'change address' and so the wallet thinks they were moved. Check with the block explorer - and let us know, it would be useful to know if this does happen. I don't know if 'coin control' is possible with Mintcoin.

I also hope for dollar parity someday Someday. If Bitcoin can reach $1,000 or even $40,000USD according to the Winklevoss twins, then Mintcoin can reach $1.00USD or even $1.60USD. The community must keep growing. We must be in this together. No one must quit. I'm down for it

The mint leaf was the direction taken because that's the direction we were given. Doesn't matter how many "ounces of creativity" you have if people disagree about the art direction. That being said, is this getting any closer for you? Great work ... I really like these. Indeed this one look realy nice ! Has te be the green version to my opinion

Check out this site for legit free BTC. It's like an hourly free lottery ticket that always pays out at least 300 satoshi, and could net you over .3 BTC if you're really lucky. Just gotta fill out a captcha each time. (basically a faucet with chance of real reward) http://freebitco.in/?r=242778

The mint leaf was the direction taken because that's the direction we were given. Doesn't matter how many "ounces of creativity" you have if people disagree about the art direction. That being said, is this getting any closer for you? Those are incredible! With that, I think the green one will be better because it looks more edible. The edibility and gustatory aspect will help with acceptance by the masses. Green is fresh and tasty, while silver, nice too look at and is a nice colour, but it is cold and less appetizing. Green has the association with something nicer, so I think it will take better hold and gain more traction. I am in marketing, my two satoshis. I too am in marketing and that is a valid observation. But I don't think we've seen the final logo just yet, although these are very nice. I think something that focuses more on the coinage aspect of the term "mint".
