I am interested in this, but have a couple of questions:

What is the fee structure for AlcurEX?  That is, what fees will be charged for trading (eg .15% / trade)?  Any fees for deposits/withdrawals?  This will help determine the volume/timescale needed for our investment to be profitable.

How will profits be audited, other than just what you say on cryptostocks?   Will investors or outside eyes have access to the data on volume and trading on the exchange in some format, say monthly, or will it just be your word on cryptostocks?

The test drive you showed has fiat currency exchange.  Do you have the necessary requirements to implement this?  Is this planned for launch, or will it be added later?

Thanks for your answers,
D

Couple things after my trading experiences the past week:

1) Auroracoin and Mazacoin are a must at launch.
2) It is essential that the trade engine can handle the high volumes these coins or the next one will bring, so that people don't get a bad first impression.

I think you all heard what happend to Poloniex. (more then 50 BTC stolen!)

Great care should be taken into protecting the Account balances and withdraws. Exploits like account balances in minus or simultaneous withdraws can do quad-damage to your new exchange.
Especially considering multiple exchanges are now facing difficulties with hackers.

If the security of the site is not 100% I would delay the launch time!! To be absolutely sure and safe.

I think one solution for withdraw security may be:
1. online wallets handle only transfers in and forward it direct via VPN to the firewalled computer where safe wallets are.
2. Withdraw send inquiry script and it need release manually.
..or more fancy method; Scrip will calculate user balance from deposit, withdraw and trade history. This need to match with user balance until withdraw will be accepted automatically.
And of course withdraw query can accept only from exchange domain.

btw. +++1 for busoni.
He explane what happen, handle security problem and take all responsibilities about what happen.
I'm glad they didn't loose more, and he can pay all stoled coins.

I think it's better to set bullet proof security, even if it mean little slower withdraws.

Yes i would rather use a slow withdrawal. We should tell the customers that it is an exchange not a wallet. Deposit only money for exchange not for long term deposit.

Msg me if you want me to put anything here.

If there is offline/VPN wallets I think they can be for long term deposit too, but those online wallets, I would not leave any coins standing. I have seen so many robbet exchanges, and I doup there is many more but they don't tell, just pay they loss in quet.

When will this exchange launch?

The IPO has been extended to March 10th due to the addition of alcurEX leverage, which will potentially increase revenue by 5-10x

That doesn't necessarily mean the exchange will launch then. Due to how much they have left to include I think it could be up to another month from the 10th.

Wish the devs were more active on the forum.

I really hope you guys are putting down some serious work on charts. If its one thing the exchanges are bad at, it`s the charting. This could give alcurex a real edge on the market.

Greetings from the alcurEX dev team.

We are currently in the process of adding the first cryptocurrencies to alcurEX and will start votes on what to add soon.
You can vote with your shares on Cryptostocks.

The IPO will end March 10th in any case so you can rely on that being the last day for purchasing shares.

The exchange should not take long to launch, but some delays may occur due to testing and developing security.
It is very important that alcurEX is as secure as possible, even if it means slightly slower withdraws.

Feel free to ask or comment. I will try my best to answer your questions.

Hi,
Is it explained how to vote on the website?
I'll vote micro coin ( Grin), vert coin and darkcoin!

Please take your time to launch, I agree that security must be an absolute priority!
Best of luck,
