I am hoping they could create more companies on top of the exchange.

They said the shareholders would get a percentage of the profits of the EXCHANGE. Didn't see them mentioning getting any from the other companies / services they will be building.

70,980 shares were sold in total to the public, which means that the total amount of shares to ever exist is 283,920 shares.

All current public shareholders will still get 50% of profit, even though the total amount public shareholders own is 25%.
The other 25% is being saved for plans in the far future and the remaining 50% is for alcurEX employees.

The exchange will be released this month and a more accurate date will be announced soon.

We will call votes on the first cryptocurrencies to add on the exchange tomorrow.
All shareholders can vote with their shares at Cryptostocks once voting starts.

USD (Will be added as soon as possible)

it's a gamble but if alcurex gains traction then 5 or 10 BTC profits a month would be very low.  it will take time, hard work and some luck for it to take off like mintpal has.  don't expect it to rain btc in the first few months! 

the leverage trading in alts will def. give a boost to this exchange

Please could you clarify whether leverage will be added to alt markets or to just BTC/USD. Thanks.

its sunday. 3 hours warning is not enough. Please extend it few more hrs. it tke minimum 30-45 minutes to transfer btc there. I saw this 20 minutes ago. its sunday i am not stuck into my computer. you extended it 10 more day but come out and only say 3 hrs left?

it was never clear. we kept asking time and proper date. i log in 40 minutes ago and i see that i missed the 3 hrs wanring.

if you look up and see the other thread i did all the asking about this so its now i was not interested. i expected sometimes in march 10 not 12 am at march 10. aka before march 10
