There should be official new update and will be announced at specific date specified ahead of time. This is a publicly traded stocks. Just like in the wall street they cannot announce earnings randomly to those who asked.

Msg me if you want me to put anything here.

Of course I will do all for alcurEX and I can inform you as much as I know.
But as you can see, my english is not good enaf for official news etc.

edit:
AlcurEX should hire marketing, information, development teams.
Challenge is small capital. We need to be flexible and offer always something new, social and profitable services.

Normally it will take over year to start even small new business, but in crypto world, everything need to be 10X faster Smiley

I rather have some who speaks not good english but gives regulary updates, then no updates at all!!

Hello everyone and sorry for the lack of updates recently.

Here's the status right now:

We recently visited Estonia and learned more about the legislation involved with our business if we were to establish it in Estonia.
In short we decided to not establish alcurEX in Estonia as we have noticed that Finland would be much better if not for taxes. We will find a legal way around this.

If it comes down to having to pay higher taxes then it will be at our expense and not the shareholders'.
As promised, the only cost deducted from public shareholders' revenue is the hosting cost for servers, which is easily scalable.

In Finland we can start business immediately and even add USD markets by accepting deposits via services like Skrill.
We are still looking into legislation involved with direct bank deposits but so far there have been no signs against it.

Coin voting will also start today. We're a bit behind on the latest altcoins so we'll have to do some research before adding coins for vote.

Thank you all for your great support!

I'm feeling a lot more positive than I did this morning! Please though, in future better not to mention that you have an important meeting if you don't plan on updating us for a few days afterwards. Smiley

Estonia is not safe place for altcoin company.
That was the reason for delay.

But good news are, Finland is safe place for alcurEX.
I start register alcurEX in Finland with MCR.

I live in Finland and I have business experience here since 1999.
Bitcoin have official legal status in Finland.

Here is details for company registeration I already start:

Company name: alcurex oy (limited by shares)
Registered in Finland, Helsinki

Shares:
Total physical shares amount is 28392

Regulation needs:
Cryptocurrency trading:
Exchange no need regulate in Finland.

USD market:
USD vs. altcoins market: No need regulate in Finland.

Money transfer:
Using third part money transfer systems: No need regulate in Finland.

Bank transfer deposits:
Regulation needs are asked and we are waiting answer from Finanssivalvonta.

I will take care to inform shareholders for company status, meetings and annual reports.

Summary:
alcurEX can start altcoin market as soon as exchange site is ready, and USD market as soon as company registration is processed and bank account for deposits is opened.

Hi halibit, don't get me wrong, but what is this?
i mean, is this your personal statements, or something else?

On the summary, this is your speculation or you are actively a member of Alcurex and are informing us?

Is this an update? Serious question.

MCR can you verify this, and my post above? Honest question here too.

Halibit is a member of the alcurEX/microCoin development team. Anything he says regarding alcurEX/microCoin is most likely true.
However he does not represent the alcurEX/microCoin development team as a whole. MCR is the representative account of the alcurEX/microCoin development team.

The update given earlier is indeed an actual update.
Halibit's statement is an addition to the update that he himself wanted to make. Everything he stated in his post is true information.

I'm not quite sure what people are expecting to hear.

If you have questions regarding the update, I'll answer them.

If I am allowed to post one serious question: When do you expect do have your Exchange up? Because that is the point for me where I can say -BAM-, shit just got real. Because at the moment the Alcurex-Webpage looks a lot like a plattform to sell the stocks. Do you know when we'll see real trading at Alcurex?

Thanks for the update. With all the scams etc around people get nervous quickly in Crypto world. Showing activity more often can temper this.

Some thoughts:

- Community manager (i've seen people volunteering for this)
- Maybe set a certain frequency on updating (use twitter, facebook?)
- Every 2 days in this forum thread (Telling there is no news is also news)
- Sharing some more info about timelines for the exchange
- Ask the community for input, testing etc

Update the OP old info that IPO ends in some hours etc.

This is because Estonia are deside Bitcoin status like currency.
So in Estonia company have risk to get involved moneydaundering if market is not keep list who is sell and buy bitcoins.

One example:
http://www.coindesk.com/estonian-police-target-bitcoin-trading-site-btc-ee/

In Finland, Bitcoin status is; it is not currency at all.
I can send you link about what Finland government think about Bitcoin, but it's in Finnish  Cheesy
