Really, they are partners? Satoexchange made some hype recently with their generous airdrop (about $150). So, they know marketing stuff. I don't think that's necessarily the case, most project are really finding it difficult to raise funds in this very bearish market wether they have mvp/real use case or not,
investors are cautious about making investment in this period the way i see it, some are waiting to see some positive movement in market before jumping in, this is the reason why most ico postpone their ico date further just to meet up. This affect 99% of ico's during this bear period.
