Except we aren't in a dire mess.
We don't think ACTM is, Knybe is just trying to express how much PR has positive AND negative effect on the company, it's a tool to help the company, but if you don't use it, it can only hurt the company. I am inclined to agree with this sentiment. We are paying for an excellent lawyer and Ken has done a great job in hiring the right person to represent the company. I am also interested to learn what it might take for Ken to affirm that same priority to the hiring of a professional PR spokesperson and hope it does not become hindsight.

Crypto-trade is up and running in audit mode. As specified on their page during the 2-3 weeks audit "All people can either withdraw their funds or can keep in our site. Trading and API will be disabled during the auditing period. All the withdrawals will be processed manually.". I hope Ken will get the shares list and keep it secured.
Ken please get the asset list ASAP.

It really is amazing just how much noise was in the other thread and how much cleaner everything is when the trolls are kept under their bridges instead of in our halls. In a related note, I'm more than happy to offer my services to help moderate this thread if need be. Ken, considering the funds that we may not recover from the eASIC NRE and the fallen price of bitcoin, are we still in the black (i.e. if all pre-orders demanded refunds, would ActM/VMC be able to cover them all)?

You raise a good question: Ken, when can we expect a full financial report?

Thanks for the info. The site seems to be down for some people now (myself included).

Thanks for the info. The site seems to be down for some people now (myself included). Havelock was reported to be down some minutes ago in another thread as well (although it's up for me now). Could it be some DDoS on both sites, or just coincidense?

Neo & Bee is worth .0049, ACTM is worth .0006. Not the same value, just an FYI.

Let us not dispute the fact that many of the ActM shareholders, past and present, are used to configuring their wealth by charting the now defunct Bitfunder price of ~0.008, or so.
Ultimately it does not matter how the high value reads, as that figure may never be realised in the real world.
Those who make money will understand this simple conception. Those who do not shall remain blissfully unaware.

We've worked ludicrously hard to nuke the blatant troll... there was only one blatant troll, but such a cancer spreads quickly. Thankfully with this malicious f-iretrucker gone things are much more sensible.

What are you talking about? At this moment. Neo is .0048BTC, Active Mining is .0006 BTC, .0048/.0006 = 8. You can buy 8 Active Mining shares with 1 Neo Share.

That's amazing. I wonder if we'll get similar gains from ActM one day?

That's amazing. I wonder if we'll get similar gains from ActM one day? Depends on when one bought in. At 0.0005? Almost certainly. At 0.0008? Almost certainly. At 0.0025? probably to possible, at 0.005? Unlikely-HAHAHA Though I will not be shy about being VERY wrong before in my estimates.

That's amazing. I wonder if we'll get similar gains from ActM one day? 140k USD is 254BTC or around 45,000 shares you dumped. You have done incredibly well - there have only ever been around 25k NB shares sold at 0.006. Sounds like you sold every one of those then. Infact you must have sold almost all of the shares that have gone on the Havelock Investments exchange over the past few days to make 140k USD. Excuse me if I say that sounds a bit implausible. Or is there another exchange selling these shares? Or when you say 140k 'profit' do you mean you actually sold 280k USD of shares? Even more amazing. Anyway, so is NeeBee such a bad investment proposition that you need to get out right after it is just getting started? I thought they were about to go stratospheric? If a major holder like you (100% of the daily traded volume sold!) announces that they just dumped a serious number of shares then things are looking bad for NeoBee. Maybe some of these fleeing investors will come to ACtM?

Man, that's a point, hey Ken can you make it so we can print out shares on a piece of paper, so they're like "real" shares, because obviously numbers on a piece of paper are realler than numbers in a computer.
