Just a short note on my expectations hopes regarding Ken's announcement.
The only thing that can be regarded as a positive news from Ken will be that the chips are on the way, and he has some sort of proof of it.
Intellihash v2, a good looking financial report, news regarding what firm he is associated with or anything else but the very fact that chips are on the way is useless. I'm pretty sure most of the shareholders agree.

+1 otherwise this whole investment is a failure, personally i wont be holding my breath !!! it's been almost a year since initial IPO at 0.0005 and here we are a year later still no chips, no hashing , no dividends and the list goes on. it's just sickening

Q1. Setup a site for us to input our timestamps, public address, email etc. so we can verify our shares.
Ken - "I need to check with my lawyer before doing this." Ken - "Active Mining Corporation (Belize) is holding shares for investors, pending the MSD investigation and colored coins. "
So until Ken agrees to move away from Colored Coins, it's Colored Coins. And he needs to check with his lawyer before he can do it. And the MSD investigation has to end. So no shares for you...
* * *
Now here is something I think is interesting. Ken isn't getting a full refund from eASIC. He instead has "a plan" to recover the amount.
Q2. How much money did ACTM lose in the 28nm eAsic failure?
Ken - "This has not be finalized as of this date. We are working this week a plans which will recover the complete eASIC NRE."
Ken - "I would not expect a full refund from eASIC; however, as I have said we have a plan, which with a partial refund from eASIC we could recoup eASIC's NRE."
So could... Maybe. Might happen. What might happen? Might be that he'll use what was already done with a different vendor so the money wasn't wasted. As in...
Q3. You mentioned the 'March good news' recently. Is it related to the schedule for the 28nm full custom and when will you share this news?
Ken - "It is related to a 28nm full custom chip. As soon as I can. Still working on some of the details."
Ken - "We have started with a new vendor for our 28nm project. Our custom 28nm will be very competitive in the market place and will be air cooled and use a double slot. The estimate speed of the new card will be 432 GH/s and will be listed at $1499.00."
Ken - "We will be releasing financials for last year by the end of the month."
So to me, it sounds like the "good news" is that he got his partial refund from eASIC, put that into the new project which gave them a cost savings that helped recover the NRE and that everything is moving forward. And then he'll supposedly lay out the financials that are left over. Meanwhile, you and I won't have access to our shares.

The best choice would be Colored Coins so we are never NOT in possession of our shares. Then you can plug your shares into Crypto-Trade, Havelock, post up a trading thread, whatever you want because YOU are in possession of your shares, not an exchange, YOU. Just like bitcoin gives YOU the ability to control your money, Colored Coins allows YOU the ability to control your investments.
Hi, I'm the lead developer of ChromaWallet, the flagship colored coins. Current status
In the past couple of months blah blah blah ... ...
I'd like to get to a point where colored coins can evolve without my involvement. I've been working on various colored coins-related projects on and off for 1.5 years, it was fun, but I can't do this forever. CC ain't happening, get over it. Just list them on CT and be done with it. sheesh. I dunno wtf you are talking about - I have talked to killerstorm within the last week and he is still chugging away and has no intentions to pass on the torch just yet.

I don't know killerstorm, so all I know is what he wrote. Sounds like burnout to me, but I'll take your word for it. Good to hear.

Eitherway, CC is not coming any day soon, so we have no shares if Ken is waiting for CC. Even if CC is running and fully functioning in a couple of months, which i doubt, that is TOO long to wait to get access to (and confirmation of) our shares.

hi. Very long time ago, I bought ACtM shares at the BTC-TC exchange. How to me to receive them on Crypto-Trade? Please give me the instruction. Only shares bought on Crypto-Trade can be traded on Crypto-Trade. All shares bought on BTCTC and Bitfunder are in lock down and are blocked from trading. Somehow it's legal for the Crypto-Trade shares and not the rest. Go figure.

Hi pevgeny, 1) Unknown as this time. There is an ongoing legal issue which is preventing this from happening. 2) Dividends get paid weekly. They will get paid into the bitcoin address that you will give when you create an account with an exchange where the shares will be trading. Dividends have not been paid for a long time and this will change when all the shares are tradeable again. 3) You can contact Ken by using the following link. Click on 'send this member a personal message'. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=1707

On the topic of finding a safe home for ActiveMining shares (one that is free from random DDOS, hacks, SEC closure and even theft by the owner itself) ; Yes but how many counterparty coins will Ken need to buy to make this work? Also how does Ken issue more shares? Because it's 10,000,000 in the wild until 0.0025 is paid, and then another 15,000,000 enter the wild. So does counterparty allow Ken to issue more shares? Or if not, can he issue all 25,000,000 at once but force a logic rule on the 15,000,000 preventing dividends until the 0.0025 is paid?

This is a single time fee and neither ken nor any of the shareholders need to so much as touch the underlying counterparty coins after this period, dividends will go direct to a BTC address transparently and trustlessly. You get the security of direct shares (a la asicminer) whilst retaining full control, full ownership and ability to trade at any time via the decentralised exchange. The issuer does not have to mess about with headache of excel sheets and transfer requests like friedcat, and the shareholders do not need to worry about having to send PM's and wait to convert these shares for listing on a centralised exchange, or worry about hacks or closures, everything is backed by the bitcoin blockchain the way it is supposed to be. 2) Assets are able to be made callable and divisible, In short; yes

Ken, My suggestion is that you put together a team of trusted individuals to assess this as a possible solution for ActM. From what I've seen they look pretty far down the path and with this last addition it might be a solid viable option. Shao

Ken would have to issue all 25,000,000 shares up front. He would not be able to use the existing interface to pay dividends until after the 0.0025 is paid however it shouldn't be hard to pull the ownership list and filter out his own addresses when making payments manually. For example you can see an asset list on their BlockScan site and see who currently holds those assets. http://www.blockscan.com/assetInfo.aspx?q=XBTC(click shareholders)

Once .0025 is paid. Close the asset, take the asset list and reopen a new asset with 25,000,000 shares.

Seeing counterparty being promising, surely there is good reason as to why other securities like Asicminer are not using it. So, why would securities not want to use counterparty?
