Absolutely agree here. BITTREX authorities ignore everyone. Especially Richiela
is handling the situation wrong.Banning users! Really? Maybe he needs some time in prison
to get his head clear again. Lock him up.

Most people here don't get the problem with Bittrex. It's not only about
the verification process that constantly fails and forces NON US customers
to do a extended verification (doesn't make sense for small deposits!!!).

It is about  Bittrex locking up LEGACY accounts
just like that and without any date or warning and
allowing unlimited deposits  but no withdraws.

I think it is time to get in contact with the mainstream media.
Bittrex completelly fukked up and now users have to deal with it.

AGAIN: BITTREX please give all LOYAL LEGACY users the possibility to withdraw their funds until end of year.
That would be perfectly fine for me! Thank you.

Of course you are right.  Problem is we are running out of options. Bittrex authority's are completely ignoring customer request and banning people for asking questions where their money is!

Their claims they need enhanced verification by US law is bullshit - US law deals only with fiat and only with withdrawals of $2000 in fiat or more in one transaction.
I have small amounts of cryptocurrency on the exchange and it should not be a problem to withdraw it. Cryptocurrency is considered to be an asset in the US like stocks.
Just as there is no problem in dealing with stocks, there is no problem dealing in cryptocurrency.

We can even not discuss US laws. There is no law there that allows to steal your money. That's it. All that KYC and AML has nothing to do with money stealing. They don't have any rights to block the other man money. Talking about KYC and AML just leads the false way...

So: verify your account (basic for small amounts, enhanced for large amounts or if basic failed). If it works, you should be fine. If it doesn't work.. oh well, at least you didn't deposit yet.

I agree. But it's by everybody's personal decision. Some don't have any issue with giving out some personal details, some have big issues with that.

And I know that they should have given a heads up for people to chose if they stay or go. The fact that they didn't is bad (bad for their reputation, bad for business, bad for the community) and I think that they've given no choice.
While now they indeed trapped huge amounts of money, I think that they'll lose more than that on long term. Bad for business. I think that it's not greed. It's something .. bigger.

They might have problems with the government, they might have an unexpected high volume of new requests, they might be understaffed... it can be anything, but one thing is for sure: you can't treat your clients like this. People opened a ticket without getting a reply for weeks or months. Not a company I want to be in business with, they won't see a cent from me anymore, even if I get my money back.

They are fucking everybody. US customers have the advantage that the BASIC verification
might work (local US register check). BASIC account would be perfect for me. Problem is ALL
foreign people are FORCED to do an enhanced verification (>100BTC withdraw). I don't need that.
BASIC withdraw limit would be fine for me but I can only do ENHANCED. I am a good loyal customer
everything is 100% legal but I don't trust these Bittrex jackasses with my ID, drivers license etc...
God knows who gets my stuff!?

And it doesn't matter if you try to withdraw BTC or LTC or DASH. 0 withdraw means ZERO withdraw!
