Looks like their SYNX wallet is blocked (down 216 minutes) even though my wallet and other exchanges (Cryptopia) are up and moving fine...

Anybody havez already test the Bittrex Support ?

1 month i'm waiting a answer to get my money, no news... i'm worry about it !

Yesterday they sent a global e-mail saying they are totally lost and asking you to say hello if you still need that ticket.
** WE ASK THAT IF YOUR ISSUE HAS NOT ALREADY BEEN SOLVED THAT YOU REPLY TO THIS EMAIL OR UPDATE YOUR TICKET

Make sure you answer that.

I still have no access to my money but at least they know I did not give up.
Currently support is very poor because I am also waiting for more then 15 Days and have no reply from them most of bitcoins related exchanges doing same giving not good support which is very poor effort from them time to change these tactics and give some good and positive replies with in short time

Bittrex fixed it, according to my friend. He also used slack and twitter. All is Ok. I was just worried some, with the imminent dump that was coming. Let's hope China decides(Quickly) if they are in or out.

 I had an issue with withdrawal couple days ago and they solved it in 2 hours through bittrex support. And guys they increased withdrawal fees for all ethereum coins.

Excuse my French, I dropped my phone to the WC. I did not have a replacement. After that, It was like a moment my head was fired. Bittrex 2FA was on the phone and there was no backup. Thanks to the god it didn’t take too long to remember that 3 days ago I withdraw money to my wallet. These are dangerous things, need to be careful.

By the way, you can ask the Bittrex support to disable your 2FA.You only need to give them your info about your IPs you connected to Bittrex, deposit or withdraw transactions and account balances.Good thing you withdrawed your coins before losing the phone in the toilet.  Grin

After quite a long time of not having made any Bitcoin deposits into my Bittrex account, I wanted to deposit some now, but to my surprise this exchange still doesn't allow me to generate a new deposit address.

How is it not possible to request a new address manually? It has all to do with my overall privacy to not re-use any older deposit addresses when it comes to exchanges, and it boggles my mind that Bittrex is not at all helping here.

Since you were traveling and (mostly) it took only a short amount of time, I don't think you should risk it. I access bittrex from my phone, and if I have to, I turn on the "request desktop version" that give the exact UI of the site if accessed from laptop, only smaller (we can zoom it, though). That'll be safer.
