after 6 days finally bittrex admit the incident
But the put out a vague statement
Gosh!
Users deserve to know more
clarify the situation!
it is bothering to hostage our fund
you claim to be great exchange so act like one!
bullying on users on slack

My Account is Working FINE with Bittrex and Im from the Phillippines. I also know 5 other accounts from PH and they are all OK

We occasionally conduct compliance reviews and are working vigilantly to protect our service and our users from harm. As part of a compliance review, we have temporarily suspended certain accounts pending the completion of the review. The total number of suspended, closed, or banned accounts is very limited: less than 0.1% of the total accounts on Bittrex.  More than 99.9% of Bittrex accounts are unaffected.

Any reports that Bittrex miscalculated or misapplied its exchange fees, that there is a security problem with the exchange, that Bittrex lost any coins stored on users’ behalf, or that Bittrex is banning people trying to access Slack to discuss the status of their accounts are incorrect.  We are committed to making Bittrex a strong, safe, and compliant exchange where people can securely participate in the digital currency economy.  We ask for patience from our highly valued customers.  As for us, we plan to “keep calm, and carry on.”

Yeah, we know the statement, and for sure is a "no answer". They are just trying to take more time for a big issue that they called "safety". Now I feel really safe without access to my money, without a real reason and without any kind of apologize. They should be apologize and admit the problem. But they treat us like a lot of idiots. This is all.

my account is disabled for 5 days

I had enhanced account with ~260$ coins

there is no reason, and they don't answer my support ticket

what should i do ?

why they didn't answered 5 full days?! why they Blocked us from Slack? What was the real reason for disabling many people without any announcement? Why they are lying about the real number of disabled Accounts? As the terms of bittrex we should can withdraw up to 3 BTC per day with basic verification but now we cant even access 0.0000001 BTC per day Why?!! what about if someone don't want to send them their ID? is it our money or their's?! If someone just want his money and don't want to use bittrex anymore what should he do?

with account created before 08/01/17 -> via daily 0.025 BTC/day withdrawals.
with newer account -> impossible.

Yesterday I was able to withdraw all funds, slightly less than 3 BTC. Legacy account with 2FA. Just ignored verification. There were posts about disabled account which agreed  to pass verification. So 0.025 BTC/day is not work for all cases.

My account has also been banned for no reason. Located in Canada. I have tried to do the enhanced verification with the same failure as everyone else is getting. Also sent them the 3 item photo (ID, Face, Paper with Bittrex and date written on it) directly to their support in hopes that will work. I had a basic account for 5 months now. Will update if they get back to me.

You can find out the level of your account from your login on the Bittrex web site. Just click on the "Settings" tab and it will take you to a page that shows you all your account information, including your "Account Type" whether it's 'Basic' or 'Enhanced'.

no my friend their is nothing behind it at all i a have been trading since 8 years with all kind of Forex, stocks company all over the world but this shiiit what Bitterx doing it never happen before,
