That is correct, we are left with not much option. There are only two, be patient or be impatient. If you will choose to be patient, you will continue to hodl and wait for the prices to go up. If you are impatient, then you will sell even if the price is very low. Now, the difference is that the patient's value could go down much lower but will definitely rise in time while the impatient's will not go down but will also not go up, fixing its loss.
