Well I'm pretty sure they all have a reason for selling, we all have different circumstances so you can't blame them. Though you are right, holding when the market is bleeding is the right thing to do and to add on to that you can add more coins in your portfolio, take advantage of the low value coins while the market is bleeding, try to gather more tokens as much as you can before the bullish season takes over.

An after two weeks we are once again below 7k, people need to stop this, they get very excited about almost anything, if the price goes up then everyone begins to make predictions about how high and how fast the price will go, take it slow, most likely bitcoin will take a few years before we see a full recovery, you do not want to exhaust yourself whenever the price of bitcoin moves up.

Everyone needs to hold their coins everytime the market prices are dumping because in this way they can avoid losing a huge amount of profit since the market will still go back to normal.

Ofcourse, we have to hold if you are here for profit and if we are not serious about it then we will start using it roughly without any care which will result in a loss. It should be holding when the market is red. Others are afraid to lose profit when the market is red resulting in panic sell. What they don't know is they are lossing more if they do. Aside from buying, holding is the best thing do whenever experiencing a fall.

That's true, I am sure that some people who made panic selling regrets this moment that bitcoin value increase. Well, that is really a matter of investment, there are a loser and a millionaire 
I am not saying that bitcoin price will be going to hit again new ATH's and big investors will make another million. In my opinion, it will take a lot of time now for the bitcoin price to recover its price from the last ATH's. If the bitcoin value is still red then just hold it for a long term.

i think its normal, many new investor who joined bitcoin and bought it at all time high price after observing market trend will panic and minimize the risk that could impact to their protofolio. but some of them who hold their coin hopefully to market recover or as long term investor they will not interrupted with such situation. but i think many of holder with limited capital selling their coin and taking their loss to get current price to make some profit.
