For me if the market turn to red must better if you hold your bitcoin that you already have becaude if you sell that your money gone. it depends on what price you buy coins, I take the case of bitcoin as your example, when you buy bitcoin at a price of $8000 and after that the price falls to the price of $6000 after that you will definitely panic because it is stuck at a very expensive price, I'm sure you want to sell it because you panic, but I think it will make you lose, because when you sell coins at a cheaper price when you buy it will make you lose the assets you have, while when you do not sell and keep holding back the bitcoin you buy Then you will not lose because the price of bitcoin can rise again, so you should be able to understand the loss that you will get if you sell it at a cheap price because of panic and the best way is to hold.

yes of course, holding is the best way now that the market is red to prevent in losing money  from their investment. The price might quite worrying but dont panic because panicking  never gives a good result, just divert your attention in other things that will make yiu busy.

Why the market turns into red because most of the investors with draw or convert their money to Altcoin and the investment cap of bitcoin decreases. If you hold your coins and overcome this bearish situation of the market, it will never turn into red and hopefully will grow more and more. When there is no investor, the market will go into bad conditions.
