I was reading coinmarketcap.com and trying to figure this out...what's the ratio that determines value per coin? It seems everything can be in perspective of the total supply of coins that would affect the value per coin, but how does that factor into market cap and volume?

That would mean that subsequent years garner less than 1% PoS wouldn't it?

with 74.5 million coins wouldn't that be 1.25% or abit more

POS blocks =/= 10000BC reward only POW... after 5000 block to 10000 three was 50% POS(0BC reward) and POW(10000BC reward) so ~25m added to end sum

PoS blocks were implemented at 5000 but we still stopped at 10000

This is why you need to mine, where buying is approx equal to mining. It's just painful looking at a graph going high wanting to buy in, when everyone else is sitting back.

Though I think we all get less coin when our bitcoin from the pool selling the alts buys less of the more expensive bc. They did warn everyone though, so if you had the chance to buy, and not sweat on the price is was yesterday. Mining is now, when the price reconfigures itself as people sell for profit as they do. You are in control as a buyer. I don't blame anyone for not following. All you can do is see the patterns and make choices that suit you best and your life.
