Sure, you have to change friends if only your current friends are smoking. Try and change environment as well if possible. Don't neglect prayer (Talking to God).

I do not go with people who smoke. I wish I would quit smoking ।

I quit smoking for 1 year and it was so easy to quit.. First i dont smoke for 1 week and thats a challenge.. When you stop it 1 week. Then try to think.. If you smoke again, how about the week or days you struggle not to smoke? This is called it's all in the mind.. You need to trick your mind..

Usually you cannot stop smoking immediately but you can take for a little bit until you do not try again.

Perhaps you could do it by reducing the amount of cigarettes you smoke each day. Make it a habit to lose one cigarette a day until you smoke none at all. It is going to be a long and hard process, but it will be worth it. And you will also be doing the planet a favor.

first strengthen intention and motivation from within, then do gradually reduce smoking. maybe you can do meditation too

I started practicing cigarettes since I was 9 years old. Regular smoking starts from the age of 12. Now I am 26 years old, I'm trying hard to give up smoking, but can not do not? Can someone give me some good advice to quit smoking?
Go pick up one of those Juul devices, simple to use and easy to refill. Slowly ween yourself off from smoking cigs to only vaping. Good luck! You can do this!

Quit it just like you will quit any other thing.. You find something wrong with it that's why you want to quit.. Just quit it.. It's more or less like any other habit you can just quit.

Try to change your life style focus on things that give you happiness like going into gym for healthy lifestyle or try to eat healthy
