It is a very hard thing the difficult part is to make you mind when you really need to smoke and because it is a habit unknowingly you do smoking so better to go for a hypnosis therapist to make you mind first

I started practicing cigarettes since I was 9 years old. Regular smoking starts from the age of 12. Now I am 26 years old, I'm trying hard to give up smoking, but can not do  not? Can someone give me some good advice to quit smoking?
Quitting smoking since you have started it in your young age is difficult to do , but if you are eager to quit it is just easy if you have a self discipline in your self and have self control in yourself. I also started smoking in my young age and i end quitting smoking  when i am 29 years of age , now its been 4 years that i do not smoke.

It's really hard to quit smoking but after a year i finally get rid of it. At first I decreased my stick from 6 down to 5 a day and less another 1 stick every month. Now I am using Vape as a replacement for my addiction to sigarettes.

When you crave cigarettes, you can turn on the TV, take a shower, make phone calls, do housework, go out ... These things will keep your mind away from the cigarette.

It all starts with the reason why you want to quit. If the motivation is strong, then it is much easier to do so. Also, smoking is a habit, try to find something to do instead of smoking.

Whenever your craving for cigarettes, you can brush your teeth. The feeling of cleanliness in the mouth will lose the craving for drugs. There is always something to eat when cravings, such as mint, gum, cinnamon, sunflower seeds.

Oh, may be i should say it, but i will. It is very terrible! Smoking since 9 years old is unnormal. Of course you schould understend, that it harms you body, your health. And think about your future! Im sure it can be helpful. Who would like to get married for a person, who smokes ALL the time ?? Moreover, try to concentrate on smth another, even sweets can be better than smoking.

If you want to quit Smoking - do not start Smoking.
It's simple.
Why do people every day take a cigarette and let the poison into themselves, because they know that it kills them. Never understood that.

just depend how strong of the desire u willing to quit, mayb can use a method that u imagine doctor give u 2 choices, either quit or get lung cancer within a month

Many of us who smoke are not easy to leave.No one can easily quit smoking for this.The way to quit smoking is to eat one packet a day,then eat 5, then 4 to 3 then you will be in a coma if you want to smoke,eat chocolate.This way you will be free from smoking.

try going on e-cigarette , and slowly walk your path from there. i did it this way after a decade of smoking.
also keep your month busy with  sunflower seeds,gum or even lollipops if you have too.

i realized it is all in the head, all the bullshit about nicotine addiction is bullshit to me, it's just a habit.

Just reduce the number of cigarette that  you take in a day example if you smoke atleast 10 cigarette a day then maybe next week you will just smoke 9 cigarrete then on the another week just take 8 and so on.
