Exercise a lot or get out of the house for a walk.Chew gum and drink lots of water. And when you feel that you really want to smoke keep your hands busy with a pen or toothpick, or play a game in the QuitGuide app.

You have already decided to quit smoking. So do your bests! And say yourself NO. You can really kill yourself. You have a great spirit and a great power, think about harmful disadvantages that smoking gets you! I believe you!

I'm a smoker for two years and I smoke a couple a day but it's still hard for me to just stop smoking although I don't really like it. I had friends who quit smoking and they usually found something else to keep them busy when they wanted to smoke like chewing a gum.

Keeping busy is a great way to stay smokefree on your quit day. Being busy will help you keep your mind off smoking and distract you from cravings. Think about trying some of these activities:
Exercise.
Chew gum or hard candy.
Keep your hands busy with a pen or toothpick
Go to a movie.
Spend time with non-smoking friends and family.
Go to dinner at your favorite smokefree restaurant.

I'm a non-smoker myself, but as far as I know at first you shoul find out is your habit a social or a biological one
 Huh
I mean do you need a company in a smoking room and maybe some time to think and to distract yourself or you need nicotin itself

Think about if you want to quit smoking. Nicotine is incredibly addictive and it will take determination to quit. Ask yourself if a life without smoking is more appealing than continuing your life as a smoker.[1] If the answer is yes, have a clear reason for wanting to quit. This way, when abstaining becomes difficult you can be clear about your very important reason to quit.

I started practicing cigarettes since I was 9 years old. Regular smoking starts from the age of 12. Now I am 26 years old, I'm trying hard to give up smoking, but can not do  not? Can someone give me some good advice to quit smoking?

Im vaping and i will read the Allen Carr book how to quit smoking

I think it will be difficult, for smokers to smoking it is no longer a matter of taste but this is a matter of habit. While forgetting a habit is very difficult, you cannot forget it with only one day, two days, one month or two months or even a year and two years. However, you can stop them when you are sick, I feel it.

It is very difficult, and immediately it will probably be very difficult to quit. You will break loose and smoke again. It is even more psychologically difficult. But you need to consult with doctors.

To me, the first step to quitting a habit is to tell people around you physically about it who cares about you!! and ensure you give them the chance to support you

You should bet with friends or family for a large sum of money, say $1000 that you will stop smoking. You have to bet on such a thing that you would not want to lose.

So strange…. I aimed to smoke when I was 14 years old. I tried to smoke for 4 years, but the reality is that day after day I hated more smoking.

But I remember that one thing that helped me was shock therapy, I saw some ... very unpleasant images about tongue cancer and things like that smoking product, I know it sounds horrible, but maybe that can help you in something.
