Yeah it could be possible,  but it applies everytime. This is because bounty hunters understand or able to read about the certain project if it would be reasonable to invest or not and in fact, they were able to determined if the project is real or fake, unlike other people who have their money and just invest without trying to understand the project and with just the determination to make money.
