why ltc dump ? whats happend ?

People are coming to their senses?

Short-sellers lost a small fortune on Ethereum and TheDAO mega-dump  Shocked

The issue for the short-sell disappeared within 36 hours and price rebounded!

Then no-one was willing to buy BTC for dollars or pounds at $600 plus, which meant there had to be a dump on BTC Fiat Currency Prices.

Anyway, all of that represented significant losses.

Easy way to recover the losses, cut the price of LTC on the exchanges by 25%, which is still produced significant amounts (5 million LTC per year).

Spend the next 2 years, buying LTC at 25% suppressed prices, and correct the price around 5 months before the next Block Halving in 2019.

Only losers in this are LTC mining businesses, but they have no choices, because they have to sell their daily LTC production.

Everyone wins, excepts of the ASIC mining businesses.

Please tell me will price of LTC recover to 0.01btc or will continue dump to below 0.005btc? I want to invest some money on it

Well, it will recover by the time of next Block Halving, but Innoscillion has announced they are working on new generation Scrypt ASIC miner.

http://cryptomining-blog.com/8011-the-evolution-of-the-innosilicon-a4-dominator-scrypt-asic-miners/

Basically, the engineers are doing small batches of prototype productions, which are better than the old generation of Scrypt ASIC miners.

They then, dump the LTC to pay for the next batch of improved chips and so on, until they have something they can sell as superior commerical ASIC Hardware to what is currently being used.

As you can tell, the price of LTC has dropped by 25% recently.

------------------------------------

The new Innoscillion ASIC hardware is slated for release in September 2016 and LTC price this year will be marginally downwards, from the 25% drop seen already.

However, beyond this new ASIC hardware release this year: 2018 and 2019 the price will head upwards as the Block Halving comes into focus.

--------------------------------------------------

The Scrypt algorithm was designed to be ASIC resistant, unlike the SHA algorithm.

And, the reports are: the new Innoscillion ASIC hardware offers only 2.6X improvement over 2014's top ASIC hardware.

Therefore, the ASIC resistance design in non-SHA algorithms do have long-term disruptive effects on engineers scope for offering improvements on next gen hardware.

People will notice: the A2 was 28nm and new miner's improved performance appears to comes, mostly, from smaller size of 14nm.

Basically people need quick profits they don't care any tech related issues,LTC maybe will rise up next year but currently btc price is high, its still not really profitable unless will pump to above $10/ltc

Commercial ASIC hardware is the leprechauns pot of gold, when they become outdated with the public new even better ones have already been out for a while just not released publicly yet and the phase will just keep on going.

It is a great way to make money an I don't see them stopping production any time soon.

Make Product, Mine with it & Make Profit, Sell Miner + Make More Profit, Use Extra Profit to reinvest into better hardware research & development to get more Profit from future releases... Rinse & Repeat.

New Scrypt ASIC Hardware Chips will be hitting the markets as well that are even more energy efficient from the last set so anything can happen pretty much.

The first standalone iOS Litecoin Wallet is available on the iOS App Store for iPhones!

Download it now from: https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/loafwallet/id1119332592?ls=1&mt=8

Description

Loafwallet is a great iPhone app which allows you to send and receive the digital currency Litecoin. Spending Litecoin is now easier than ever!

It's as simple as sending and receiving money at the touch of a button. No matter where you are, what time it is: you can still pay for those everyday items you know to love. A lot of safeguards have been put into place to protect your money. Based on BIP38 technology, even if you have lost your mobile phone - not all is lost. A 'recovery key' can be used to get back all of your money, to the tiniest single penny. In fact, this a completely functioning version of whatever you'd expect on a computer... except in a smaller package. There isn't any hidden servers to backup or store your money - this very app could be thought of as the most secure way to safeguard your Litecoin.

Here's a list of features that makes LoafWallet different from any other app:

- LoafWallet has a simplified codebase making it quick and lightweight, whilst still providing a powerful performance.
- This app makes use of AES hardware encryption and app sandboxing as well as keychain and code signatures to protect your coins from malware and browser flaws.
- LoafWallet is deterministic which allows users to access their account using just a simple backup phrase on any device running the app. Just keep your recover key safe, and you can recover you money on any device.
- LoafWallet connects directly to the Litecoin network to provide a powerful performance using ‘Simple Payment Verification’ (SPV Mode).
- We have brought together the best design elements and features from existing wallets along with our own improvements and design choices.
- Compatible with an Apple Watch, you can create and receive Litecoins right from your wrist. A Notification Centre widget is also available for even quick access.

This project is open-source, that means all of the code required for this app can be found at: https://github.com/litecoin-association/LoafWallet
If you discover any issues, please use the support email found within the application.

Maybe it's the news of an actual roadmap that has been put into place for Litecoin & the fact that better energy efficient Scrypt ASIC's will be coming to market.

Who knows really.
