Great news for sellers and short traders to advertise on, try and round up some sheep.   I'm not sure its news that development takes time, I'd consider the time frame to make a judgement on as a year.    Its better to measure twice, cut once as the old saying goes and I dont see its negative news if they are slow to change protocol so long as its still being considered.   I cant say I know which is true exactly but I bet people are rushing to judge.

For the believers of the future store of value of Litecoin. They are accumulating as much Litecoin they could have for future purposes, right now it is hard to understand but maybe in the future economics of crypto it would make sense.

I'm wary of accumulating on hopes, I just want to see a population of users rise overall.   The change in peoples pockets amounts to a natural holding far harder to break down and for speculators to play with news to try and force trades on the price up or down.     The broader the base of users, the better the blockchain is proceeding and will reflect in it long term.     Short term people will tell a thousand stories while they wait, with varying amounts of truth as people are impatient of course.

Litecoin is sitting calm and not following the path of BTC it seems a storm will come very soon and many people will miss the chance to catch the train. I am very confident soon price will be sky rocket and the moon is on the way.

Why?

Because of the litecoin halving event, in the past, when the same event occurred with bitcoin, the value of bitcoin has changed markedly and now we see a price as it is now, Litecoin as an in-house brother of bitcoin, people always put a lot of hope that it will develop as bitcoin, and with this event, this will be an opportunity for litecoin to prove that it deserves to stand with bitcoin. However, life in crypto is never sure, we should believe half, and half doubt, putting too much faith will be very dangerous.

Halving: I am always amazed by the positive outlook at what seems to be the exact opposite for pricing event.
The fact that there will be fewer coins produced per time period than before is not likely to have too much of an impact, because of the big average volatility and, probably, because market already is looking at pricing as if the entire, maximum possible supply was already mined.
What is a potentially negative factor is that miners are about to get their earnings being cut in half instantly. This means that some of them may just become not profitable, therefore leave. This, in turn, could cause a chain reaction.

I've seen different threads asking about the soaring of Litecoin because of the halving. But this isn't an instant increase because just like the old days, we should expect the rise after a couple of months or even after a year.

Yeah, this is likely time to bounce back, but if Litecoin can not bounce back from there, and fall deeper to break its latest bottom around 0.0054 BTC, worse things might come as you wrote, somewhere around 0.003 BTC to come. Nevertheless, I think it is the worst case for Litecoin after its halving, but it is possible in crypto. Especially if we look at recent drama on Litecoin development (inactively as drama shows), and recent dust attacks. I am not bearish with Litecoin, but yes the chart shows there is scenario for worse case with price around 0.003 BTC
