First, you can view my trust as to why its there, one guy who hates HYIP's and thinks he is too good for them gave me negative trust. There's people in this gambling section who are greatly offended by seeing anything remotely HYIP. All it takes is one person for that negative trust to show up.

yonce has been trying to give me and others negative feedback.    That should tell you a lot about his character.   For the record, I didn't have anything to do with the negative feedback he has.   His proof is him basically calling me names.  Below in red is the feedback he tried to push on me.

More than likely a paid ponzi pumper who tried to detract from any posts calling out btc-arbs for what it is. Worst kind of ponzi masquerading as a legitimate Bitcoin investment and not a representation of the HYIP community.

& Troll

Ask yourself, is a person that does this the kind of person you should trust?

As for my btc-arbs status, I have an unconfirmed withdraw request for .0416 which is basically my 3% that was transferred out of the legacy fund and I haven't heard anything about the legacy fund balance of 1.46+ btc.   This was my smallest "investment" and I knew I was playing with fire, but I still hope to get it back.  If nothings else, enjoy a laugh at my expense.    Wink

You continuously try to smear me and what is even more disgusting is you are trying to smear my 100% truth answer to a guy who is confused about btc-arbs and asked me a legitimate question. Why would you want to do that? That brings me back to what I originally said about you - you are the guilty party and you hold a part of the blame for the mis information that has scammed our fellow bitcoiners here. For as long as I have trying to educate people here on what they were investing in (even during Btc-arbs paying period) you have been trying to smear me. I still don't know why since you claim you are a btc-arbs investor. I'll gladly remove the trust I posted on your profile if you prove me otherwise. So far all you have done is further btc-arbs cause of misleading people than allowing me to help inform people on what is going on.

STAY AWAY: rockwell,btc-arbs,bitcoin-trader - I've been playing HYIP's and have a near flawless record over the last year. Made over 1000% return last year. Play HYIP's safely and smart! Stay away from the referral whores on this forum, especially from those putting out their referral links in their signatures. They have no other interest but to profit from you.

@dyask you are straight up telling the guy asking a legitimate question about what is going on with btc-arbs and why they are doing selective payouts to not trust my 100% true answer to him. Why would you want to do that?

I could really give two shits about everything you just posted, sorry. You in no way defended yourself at all as to why you are trying to now mislead crazyivan who is trying to understand btc-arbs scam tactics. Even if you are a btc-arbs investor, which frankly I could care less if you are, you are still misleading people probably out of a vendetta against me now. It still doesn't explain why you have tried to discredit me from the very beginning when I posted btc-arbs was a ponzi and a sleazy one at that and no one should invest in it. Boom it went scam less than 2 months in and at least a million bucks with them. If you truly are a btc-arbs investor than you are just completely out of your mind for attacking me non stop since I first called out btc-arbs. You should be supporting me even more so now.

Once again you show you don't have any honor.   I didn't do anything to mislead anyone, but you sure have.

I'm the one without honor? I am the one misleading people? You are a delusional prick and I am done with you. I will continue to share my experiences playing HYIP's which obviously I have done a better job at than you dyask because you chose btc-arbs even when I called it out. Your the one btc-arbs investor "allegedly" I do not feel any sympathy for. Hopefully you aren't so bitter, vindictive, and spiteful in real life or you'll be sending yourself to an early grave. I will no longer answer anything you post. You do nothing but grasp for straws. You believe if you can drown out the truth enough, your way will prevail. You are demented. I didn't realize you were such an oversized asshole with how much you keep finding to bring out of it.

One last thing, you are still trying to mislead crazyivan after he asked a legitimate question about btc-arbs scam tactics. He is starting to believe btc-arbs might become a paying successful program again and has real questions about btc-arbs scam tactics and all you do is care about yourself and your own vindictive behavior by trying to discredit my reply to him.

Do not put words in my mouth. I am not 5 year old and I very well understand there is something wrong with BTC-arbs and I certainly do not intend to invest again once I was lucky enough to get my money back. The only thing I try to figure out are their motives for doing all this BS since the website crashed cause it looks to me as too much work for nothing. If somebody created a website which managed to collect several thousand BTC, they certainly do not seem dumb.

Sorry I thought you didn't understand the tactics they were using since you posted this: "Why this scam website pay us instead of just running away as any other known scammer?" I also was by no means putting any words in your mouth or telling people you didn't understand what was wrong. What you did say you didn't understand was "Why?" and I answered that based off my 13 years of experience playing HYIP's through e-gold, Stormpay, E-bullion, Liberty Reserve and others.

I was trying to help you understand, but all dyask wants to do is discredit me and to mislead you. I posted my response to you as to why they are doing what they were doing. The admin is by no means dumb, he's a con artist. He is fine tuning his skills. No successful con artist is dumb

Sorry if you took anything I said the wrong way, just trying to help answer your questions.

What I gathered from your post is it did look to me that you believe they might become paying again since you didn't understand why they would resume a payout and not run like the scammers you know, not that you would invest again.

All I am trying to do is help you better understand the situation since you mention I have more experience in these types of programs.

Hello again.

I read everything here and I just want to come with all facts in one post. So here is what I did and (probably by luck or selection - call it as you consider - I got my investment + the interest back):
1. I sent initially 0.8 btc and later 0.17 btc - total 0.97 btc.
2. After 13 days I had 1.1127 of something like that.
3. Wanted to withdraw when site went down 2 weeks ago, on a Thursday, before Easter. My transaction was cancelled and all that fund was in legacy, with around 1% of it in the active balance.
4. I placed ticket asking for more details. After 1 week I got the following answer:

"From   administrator
Sent on   April 29th 2014
Thank you for your message. As the new owners of BTC-Arbs we are happy to hear from you and are interested in hearing any suggestions that you may have. We are aware that the "Legacy Fund" method of doing things isn't ideal for some members, however it is the best way to ensure that all of our books are in order as we begin to move forward. As you will see, we have already started to transfer a portion of the Legacy Funds back to the main balance. Furthermore, we have processed all withdrawals that we have received.

We would appreciate your patience during this transition. A manual verification of the funds within the system is necessary, particularly due to the fact that there were a number of issues that arose as a direct result of the Heartbleed bug.

Further information regarding this transition will be provided in the coming days, along with information about our acquisition of an official investment license.

Sincerely,
Ron James & The Global Capital Alliance

Hello again

May I know why I have only 1% from my BTC in the BTC account and the rest is in the legacy account?

I really don't see this very beneficial for all your investors and this delay makes you look as scam.

I really appreciate honesty and really I consider I need to understand better your move. If I won't see my 0.97 btc back ever, I really learned a good lesson....I still have a hope, but it's getting smaller every day.

I appreciate your fair answer."

5. Meanwhile I got 0.02 btc that I asked to withdraw and received them in a matter of hours.
6. I saw on this thread that some people received the message about the transfer ended and they can withdraw their amount so I placed another ticket stating that news and asking to include me in this wave since it is not a big amount. Unfortunately I don't have that message and I have not received any answer back on it, but in the incoming hours I received the following message:

"From   administrator
Sent on   April 29th 2014
Your legacy balance has been transferred and is now available for withdrawal."

I posted here seeing the unconfirmed amount on my personal wallet - meaning the withdrawal was ongoing. I went on support zone again and I have seen the following message:

"From   administrator
Sent on   April 29th 2014
Payment sent.

----------------------------------
me on 29/04/2014 19:37:09
Many thanks for your support.

Keep it up.
----------------------------------
administrator on 29/04/2014 15:24:20
Your legacy balance has been transferred and is now available for withdrawal."

At that point I have seen in my transaction history the following message:

"Date   Message
29/04/2014 19:56   Bitcoin withdrawal for 1.1005 bitcoins completed [Ref: 1LSa1L2bRehxioVNmRg2DTEm69JpCEULSS]
29/04/2014 19:29   Bitcoin withdrawal request for 1.1005 bitcoins"

and the proof is: 75e60e93fd2dd293d0f4c99bb122372eb4533a396cd93a1ffc1e166bef9f361c

And I confirm I have them back. Just for everyone, from the emails presented above I replaced my user there with the word "me".

Bottom line: I was able (lucky) to get the initial investment of 0.97 back plus approx 0.15 btc interest.

I am not cheering btc-arbs just did what I said I do - posted a thank you message for them, but also my personal thoughts about this experience.

I hope my post is helping others in recovering their investments. I really don't know the aim of btc-arbs and maybe it is a selection of some accounts and then they will close the site...or, they really do what they say...either way, I got my amount back so I am more than happy.

Good luck to everyone. As stated earlier, I'll keep my eyes on my account there and on this topic here. I'm just a happy case and I don't know the reason why me and not others - maybe because I had 1.1x btc only and I sent a ticket there? Who knows?

Cheers

Who knows?

Cheers

Congrats on being one of the selective payouts. It's always a great feeling when you are one of the selective payouts in a dying HYIP. I've lived through a few of those myself.

I'm out for the day, but the world is always a nicer more effective place when we share what know in a forum that we are entitled to share in. There's no reason for anyone of us to hate on each other. If any hate and arguing is done, it should be against the scummy admin of btc-arbs. We gain nothing from arguing with each other. Raise your torches and pitchforks against btc-arbs not each other.

I received this message today

"You have been selected to have your entire legacy fund transferred out immediately. Send your Bitcoin address here and we will process your full legacy fund withdrawal within 48 hours.

Ron James - Global Capital Alliance"

Anyone else?
I have provided my address and will let you know what happens.

What was your account balance, if it's not a secret?

All i had was a little over 0.55 BTC. I have not received anything as yet.

There was also no time attached to the post only the date. I'm off to bed now and will check first thing in the morning.

Dear btc-arb.com Site-Owner/Admin!

In case you read this message here, please release my locked "Legacy-Funds" asap.

I really need (at least a part of) it to pay some bills ...

Please release at least 2.5 BTC from my locked "Legacy-Funds" for withdrawal.

If you do so I am willing to keep the remaining funds in your game for a few more weeks ...

I hope you succeed, although you might not have a choice about the few more weeks.   Sad

I have my first withdraw request for .0461 which is all I had out of my legacy funds.   I don't know how long it would take to process, but I only placed about 4 hours ago.

I would recommend to put a ticket on the site with this message. Don't expect to put your message here and hope to get your amount back...I placed tickets on btc arbs.
Just to clarify this.

For example, yesterday it was a matter of hours. In my previous withdrawals of 0.01btc transferred from legacy it was max 30 hours pending, so you need to be patient.

dare I post here among the scamming experts? Smiley

sorry a bit off topic but we are a group here and one of us decided to place his pre-ordered miner on eBay, since he put it at cost none of us are interested in buying him out. Also since you (and us) are all in HYIPs, we know mining is not what it used to be, now that difficulty is 8G. Lo on behold, he comes and says his equipment sold but the buyer wants to pay in BTC.

Personally I still run all my miners and keep on buying what I can afford (I have same pre-order as his as well), I don't care about difficulty or cost of electricity, but realistically whatever I mine will only have value if the BTC shoots (which it will), which is probably what the buyer thinks as well, but i can't give another explanation to him and i was wondering if you can smell a fish?

I actually get more BTC by mining TRC and converting it through one of the exchanges.

This doesn't seem unusual to me.... however, try suggesting using a trusted 3rd party as escrow
