That's normal error. The pool is finding blocks a lot faster than the calculated shares (which are 0).
This is not something to make you think that the pool has a problem

It's not the lack of nodes that makes the chain download slowly. It's the verification of the blocks and the calculation of coin maturity.
Give it time, it will finish eventually

Yes there is a fork. I have stopped stratum again, redownloaded blockchain and I am going beyond 49000 as I'm posting this...

There is a strong possibility that those coins will disappear if we move to a new chain.
