I wish but I haven't even looked at starting mining yet other than pre-registering on zeuspool earlier.  I am going to mine on Zeuspool and perfect miner (put the cube on one and my set of U-1's on the other).  I've been so busy getting all of this stuff ready that I didn't have time to setup my local stratum server for solo mining.

With this low difficulty, people are getting blocks extremely fast, sometimes multiple people get the blocks, making it an orphan for all but the solver.
