That is correct....I will be setting up an LLC and applying for FinCEN. The 1,200,000, which is actually about 1,000,000 now, will be sold to cover costs of future dev and promotions, advertising etc needed to take C2 to merchant POS systems. |

Guys, I'm going to come out and say this...
For all the talk and hype surrounding Coin2 here and on Nxt-e (which was the first exchange to list us), I'm not seeing anything to back this. There's talk of POS systems and C2 to fiat exchanges but...fluttercoin has just been chosen over C2 by the Mintpal admins as their choice to be added, the classified section on the homepage is a joke, where 1/3rd of the posts are by Joel.
I've spent a decent amount of my time making posts, creating giveaways and producing tweets. I've set up a faucet that keeps running dry and I've mined for TX fees. There are probably 10 other people who share my interest out of 1000! 1000!
There are people who think that by holding their 48k coins for a year will somehow make them rich. Guess what? Aint gonna happen! If this is going to work at all, it needs movement. The markets are static because holders cant see past the end of their noses and wont budge on 705 SAT's, even though there are buyers queueing up at 695.
Start shifting those C2 people!

By no means was that a direct insult towards you, more a kick up the butt to the 990 people who aren't interested in helping the community grow.
It's amazing what value C2 has achieved in the last few weeks but I'm starting to see stagnation and we need more...something.
I frequent Reddit and I find them to represent a good cross section of the public. Problem is, they've never heard of us and if you aint on Reddit, you might as well go home. There are coins that are represented there with such passion that I wonder if C2 can survive and I'm sorry to say that after the effort that's been put in by a few out of a 1000.
More people need to step up and we (you joel), need to find a way to make C2 stand out from all the other clones. Airdrop is not enough.

@Minesuch, I agree that many of the people in the community are not even trying to help, but a few are doing a lot. I wish it was everyone, but that is human nature and I somewhat expected it. However, if the few that are helping give up then I have no help at all. That wont stop me, but it will just take that much longer. I appreciate all the help
and everyone has to take a step back and breathe. It has been one month. Mintpal does not validate us! They add whoever pays them the most, who cares. I am not even concerned over BTC price. I dont care. I cant currently buy anything within a 1000 mile radius with BTC. I am hoping that I will soon be able to buy stuff with C2 though. Does Pizza Hut trade their pizzas for Dominoes? Does Toyota trade their cars for Hondas? NO. We are our own crypto currency. Not an altcoin. WE ARE COIN2.

It's amazing what value C2 has achieved in the last few weeks but I'm starting to see stagnation and we need more...something.

That's what I trying to tell them. Anyway we haven't got to the real damage stage yet. Just need to be more patience to show persistence commitment like a fews out there. i.e-: LTC and BTCS Only move slowly announce to Bigger traffic exchanges for listing in the near future, try avoid the low user base exchange or new one which will do nothing for C2. Best example for 2 coins with patience and commintments from the Dev and a few only miners.: LTC and BTCS |

Bare in mind C2 is in the general public distribution phase, through giveaways, promotions and trades instead of Energy Wasting Mining. Coming phase is creatives concept marketing. Once established C2 will slowly gain ground. C2 needs some solid foundation to ensure trust the rest will work itself out. By the way, I prefer Joe let the mining TX remain open to whoever interested regardless intention as part of origin Statement: Freedom. I know is a little worry and hard to avoid the sudden lost of big Hash could done damage, but always a solution to it. Perhaps bounty to some could help prevent it? |
