Nope not allowed. Only one vote per person.

I suspect you would need a separate doge address, email address and IP address.

Is there anywhere we can see what votes have been cast for each coin?

Coin2 need around 100 votes to be lucky enough to appear among 4 first ones. It's not a lot, but it's look like very difficult...  

We are a little community and the best way to get more votes is probably to request to our friends and family to vote for Coin2 with our help.

During the first round of votes, I used the same email address and DOGE wallet to vote about 25 times and finally we got more than 20 cancelled votes.

REMINDER: CoinPayments is sending 3 emails to you during the vote process and you have to click a link inside the third email to validate your vote.

price is too low! And we had already many great news which should rise the value up - so maybe this is the time?

I doubt it will drop to that low again. I remember reading C2 price will be at 150 to 300 range awhile ago. Those below 150 has no volume in it. I try to buy some  but too late. Only 2516 coins at average 183.  If not my new Arab employer  demanding, I would have bought 0.5 BTC of C2 under 200.

Me and Nelson have been working our asses off in the last 3 days.. if anyone can program for android, we have an opening for this help, I have basic knowledge of this and we have been working on a 2nd game, something a bit easier that we need a java programmer for. The second game hint is just M***C***T. Sorry the game demo is taking so long, Kalisto is the only one of us that knows C++ so he is working as fast as he can on it. Absolutely not. Why waste the time and coins of those who have taken the time to vote? What we need is for those who have not yet voted to get up and do it!!!

There is no excuse! Wheels has even offered you the coin to do it with! We need to make this vote work. If another community can do a push then why can't we?

If wheels has run out of coins then contact me and I will put up 10,000 coins for those with low c2 balances.
