Well it won't be just anyone.If you want to be able to launch ICO on Loligo platform it is not enough to be investor, you will need to go through KYC for Enterprise user first, a bit more strict procedure to ensure you are legit and credible.

That is how it usually works, but it is still early to say, team will surely inform us prior to swap with instructions on what to do.

Someone from team will tell you the best, so I don't give inaccurate information here, even though I'm not sure that team can know how fast will that be at this point.

When it comes to POS or POW I think ICO's will have both options available.

You should make the difference between ER20 tokens used for the ICO to allow seeding and exchange before the product startup
and the final token from the LOLIGO blockchain

ERC20 tokens are immediately distributed and transferred to participant
