You can buy Loligo with Etherium (ETH). You can buy it on Coinbase if you don't have some already and then register on the Loligo website and you can buy Loligo.

Btw. Don't forget to create your MyEtherWallet or another compatible wallet. Safely store the information for your private key and address and use that wallet to buy Loligo.
