"I have never heard back from the player.

We do not have information about Result and Secret of the game round of this player. He calculated the hash incorrectly , that's why the results in the end do not match.
This is a one time case that happened as a result of the incorrect actions of the player."

Before a round starts we form a stack of cards, this is Result, then we generate random Secret and calculate Hash from Result+Secret, which is shown to the player before he places a bet.  From the player we receive his bet and Client Seed, check Result and in the end we have Final Result.
To check the round we offer Verify Service. The player sends Result+Secret and Seed and receives  Hash + Final Result.

For some dumb reason, after years of playing with them, after several issues with their end, and so on I get constant request to provide an ID to withdraw SOME of my balance (I deposited .008 got down to .006).

It happened last week with a small withdrawal request. I accidentally triggered a check that found a duplicate account because of a VPN but I always used my ip so its not like its not logged and I previously won over 20 BTC.

Of those 20 only 5 was processed and they gave me the run around for the rest telling me to wait over and over. Got tired of it and stupidly bet it way.

After that I did get lucky every now and then for thousands and had no withdrawal issues.


So once the rep shared that it was due to a duplicate account, she/he said if they could close the duplicate I could withdrawal. So of course I didnt give a damn, it wasnt my account. She did it and got me pennies.

Today I deposited  .008 and got down to .006 so I wanted to withdraw. ID request again. I asked if it was for the same bs about the duplicate, they said yes but this time they said it had nothing to do with it? Lol.

So obviously I didnt win shit, its my money, I have a great history with them (I am platinum level VIP), etc

So I wont be dealing with this, told them to process my withdrawal and Ill be closing my account.


Stay away from them, they dont pay full winnings, will delay you as long as you LET them, and theres sketchy issues lately.

As i said in the post, the withdrawal was only given after I said Ill just close my account. So pointing out that doesnt really add trust/clears anything up since it was done with that in mind.
