for long time i never playing here again and will never, i ever play here at betchain and they take all my winning also my deposit, they not paying me. same with the above. my email reg in betchain nebya.calvine@gmail.com. real wasted time playing here. and i know this casino scam. have many player say that this scam casino. also refused to paying of player win. |

@nebya The notes on your account say your ID was requested. You refused and then played your withdrawal amount. I don't understand why most players have no problem with KYC, and the ones that do, call us a scam. You could have uploaded your ID and we would have processed your withdrawal. Instead, you played it...back in March.

KYC...really not so simple! In fact, it's highly regulated! But, you have refused for literally years to explain who, exactly, is requiring you to follow these regulations... It's simple for a player to send their money to Betchain...but when it comes to Betchain paying out a player!?!? Not so simple! Do you really think it's ok to accept money from literally anyone in the world...and then make sure they follow all of your terms before you pay out any winners? (it's not) I have a simple solution for you though! Just let players know when they sign up what kind of info they will be required to share before making a single wager. Do not accept a single wager from a player who hasn't met your requirements. It's really not a big deal. Request the details of every player, before they wager a single cent, as if they were requesting a cashout. The issue is when you let anyone sign up and deposit and then only look into those who request the funds to go from you to them. |

make it more real with the real reason do not say players have more than one account if only do not paying. do not lie to the players because you do not able to pay the players wining. dont use other player account or not real account email as your reason to not pay player.

good and responsible casino never take winning player also take deposit player, responsible casino will give refund deposit player if they think player make mistake in they account with the real reason not make reason just want refused paying. and not only use their t&c to lier or use fake email to say that player have duplicate account. i think enought this to open mind all people not choose your casino to play more over to do deposit here.
