[...] at least they do exist, they are shipping and the hardware works.
This only applies to Desk customers not for the Rigs.

Very nice RetroGamer!! Get things going - they have robbed us first customers and I don´t want to hear any noob telling me to stay calm or wait and see who himself ordered maybe 1 or 2 miners of 2nd or 3rd batch. To them I can only say that very likely you´re not going to be profitable anyways - unless the exchange rate goes up drastically. So maybe that´s the reason for few in here to stay calm.

Hi Guys,
I'm thinking to ask for a refund, I waited until now because I was quite sure to have a chance to get the roi, at the moment I'm thinking that would be better. There's anyone who asked for refund? Anyone know the time for a refund?
I paid via wire transfer...

Maybe Zefir will know more. Zefir, any updates on sw or hw?
SW is ready, I have one Rig board in hand running stable for days. HW is also ready, but did not pass long term stability tests. EE folks are working to bypass observed issues. As for the over-clocking / turbo-mode: guys, no need to speculate - as I wrote several times, trubo mode is doable on chip or board basis, but is controllable on a product basis only to the extent that is already supported by FW (25% overclocking). I could post here what is required to drive a single board to 40-50% higher hashrates, but trying that would void your warranty. Seriously, it is not worth it. What about DC wiring ? What was that all about and how can we help ?

i hate the marketing of them, the person who ordered first pay the full price, everyone who ordered later, got a free express shipping and 20% off.
bad marketing

I was happy to wake up from a nightmare called 2weeks™ BFL and now I'm into nighmare called NextWeek™ Bitmine. Give me a punch in the face if I try to preorder again a miner.

My 1TH Desk arrived today, but it's damaged: * The back-right-top corner of the case is slightly crushed, which is no big deal by itself. * The 5 modules inside were wobbling side to side, which damaged the headers on the red connector board that supplies the data lines from the mainboard. Many of those header pins are bent, but I can probably bend them back. * The corresponding socket on one of the modules is half broken off. All the solder joints one one side of that socket are broken, but I can probably resolder them, as the pads weren't pulled off. * Some of the small heatsinks for the tops of the chips had fallen off two of the modules and were banging around in the case. I haven't yet found damage caused by that yet though. But how do I reattach those heatsinks? It looks like they were attached by thermal adhesive.
I think I can fix most of the damage myself, but what should I buy for reattaching those heatsinks to the chips?

Also, does anyone have a recommendation for something like the kill-a-watt for 240v circuits in the US?
