Here we go again. Craptsy's reply to my two support tickets.

"Hello J,

Thank you for contacting us about this issue.
I am sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused you.
I will escalate your issue to our 2nd level of tech support for them
to double check the withdrawal transaction. Please give this some time
as our tech support team will respond in order of tickets received.
Thank you kindly for your patience.

Sincerely,
Marjorie
Cryptsy.com"

Escalated to 2nd level - does that mean another two months? Lion's right. Some serious skullduggery going on here.

Did a little 1k withdrawal and deposit on Cryptsy .. withdrawal arrived, deposit didn't.

Thinking back, when I was pulling out over 10mil at a time, it used to take a bit longer, so kinda did 10mil round arrived fairly fast, but sure Vern likes to hold onto Zeit - buying the sell wall probably messed up his bots  Grin

I have 14.3 million still showing as pending, so you might be right about the 10 million+ interlude. I took out all I could between 227 and 260. I reckon everything below 1000 litoshis will soon be a 'no chance' area for buyers. Why? A great Zeitcoin team. And when you compare the dynamic POS Zeitcoin with doddering Doge you have an idea of where the coin should be.

Puleeze - no hypnodogs!

Love me some POS... wallet been minting all day!
Why does one transaction show "Unconfirmed (0 of 4 confirmations) Generated but not accepted Mined"?

Thanks,
Fred

It is called an Orphan, it was completing for a block and another zeit wallet won that block over yours,
but it won one later, which is minting right above it, since it was older you received 23901 instead of 23743 .

 Cool

More Details
When an orphan block occurs via proof of stake mining, it is because another block of Zeitcoins staked at the same time and the blockchain accepted the other block's stake rather than your stake. The PoS transaction in the client will show 0 confirmations, and only exists in your own client and is not recorded to the blockchain. If you get an orphan, simply keep your wallet as is and your Zeit block will remain in the pool of blocks competing for stake, you did not lose any coin age that has accumulated. Furthermore the way Zeitcoins are designed, the higher the coin age the more staking bonus you will get. So in the case of an orphaned PoS block, you will not "lose" anything because you will be compensated for the extra time the block took to mature.

Zeit Exchange Updates

Comkort & Yobit working normally.

Cryptsy withdrawals working , just don't ask for more than 10 million at once.
Their Deposits are offline so don't send them any zeitcoins for a while.
Get your Zeit out of Cryptsy in case they want to put it back in maintenance mode for the deposit issue.

@a_cat_named_joe
Try canceling your withdrawal & then try to withdrawal say 9 million at a time to see if you receive it quicker.

FYI:
Don't know why anyone would sell zeit until we hit at least hit $.01 per zeitcoin.

 Cool

There is no option for me to cancel. On Cryptsy's Withdrawals page it shows the transaction is still pending. On the Balances page where there is normally an option to cancel, it shows no transactions pending. So I'm stuck in the middle of nowhere. I've made copies of the two pages in case there is a dispute. Thanks for the helping hand though.

Zeit Wallet Install Instructions for New Users
Latest Version  2.0.1.5 Gauntlet

Download New Wallets from  http://www.zeit-coin.net
You need Winrar to unzip the wallet, download winrar at
http://rarlabs.com/download.htm

From Here you have 2 Choices,
Option 1: Just start the new zeitcoin-qt.exe and let it sync from scratch , (take 2 or 3 days), if it pauses during the sync, you can just leave it , or restart it and it will jump over the slow spots.

Option 2: Fast Way if you don't want to wait for the Blockchain to sync  from the beginning.
Go to Any of the Following Links to get a copy of the Zeitcoin Blockchain from Jan 18th, 2015.

https://mega.co.nz/#!vIhTlarR!qbeb5QLsCUTRfNwSFmQZAiNOn_9nz-vp7exvG-TE7MI

http://www.mediafire.com/download/52j5voifa7g5ge6/ZeitCoin-Blockchain.zip

https://www.dropbox.com/s/3a3l0akth7dpoeg/ZeitCoin-Blockchain.zip?dl=0

Make sure Zeitcoin is closed
Then Unpack and copy & replace the files from Zeitcoin-Blockchain into
C:\Users\"username"\AppData\Roaming\Zeitcoin
Then open Zeitcoin and it will start syncing the BlockChain from the Jan 18th, 2015 instead of the start.

 Cool

FYI:

DO NOT get excited about the rapid price rise on crapsy! If no-one can deposit, no-one can sell so the price is bound to be artificially high I.E. this IS 'manipulation by the back door' so BEWARE.
Cryptsy was lagging behind the other two exchanges due to the maintenance issues (which still seem not to be fully resolved), so such a jump in price to level with the others was somehow to be expected. Now, what is much more interesting is the VOLUME of trading, in which the other two exchanges combined cannot even sit close to what Cryptsy can offer. Like it or not. Confirmation of higher prices on a significant volume that is indeed the reason to be positive, however not excited yet, about the price of ZEIT in the longer-term perspective. On the other hand, any further problems with withdrawals/deposits may undermine this rally.

Absolutely normal. Sometimes the transaction log gets flooded with orphans.
