^ probably amount of the coins you have in the block is too small. Try to regroup coins in bigger amounts with coin control to avoid so many orphan blocks.

It was on my to do list for a long time, but it has been removed.
Most people have no patience for things like sorting virtual coins.
My wallet is a tool and not any philatelic collection ;-)

Automatic coin control feature is all I need.

with real wallets you have to do some cleaning from time to time as well, remove cards or ids that expired, etc.
With ZEIT wallet, it is not a big deal, really.
In worst case, you can click on 'select all' in selecting inputs to be sent, to select all entries and send it to yourself. and so you restart from one big piece, and say after 6 stakings (that is approx. 120 days, so four months or so) you still have only 32 pieces, which you may consider resending again. It is not a lot of things to do, over the span of a year. And as a bonus for doing that, you will notice that your wallet loads faster.

I like it!

YES!

It will make the Knights' Tithe much easier, for a start.

Maybe it will encourage non-Knights to contribute to the round table pot too?

Then beyond that, to develop a list of 'charities' that fit with our paradigm, to give supporters a choice of whom to support.

Don't worry Lion, as each raise has to be retested before it may resume, if we are talking about reasonable long-term trends and not PnD. The price of ZEIT went uncorrected from 100 litoshi to almost 300 litoshi on all exchanges, so sonner or later it had to happen. Nothing to be panicking about. And yes, once again a reminder, the volume at Cryptsy is much higher than at the other two exchanges combined, still the last candle you are warning about is worth roughly 3 million ZEIT. I wouldn't call it dumping just yet.

@Ray: staking for charity - great idea! It is a must add to ZEIT wallet, taking into account where this coin aims.

Price schmice. This coin has a great feel to it. Critical mass building up ready to explode into crypto-consciousness. We should have a Greek Ambassdor. Their banks are about to collapse. They will leave the euro and need a new currency, or even currencies. Zeitcoin is a ready made digital currency. Do I need to draw a diagram? The Greek Finance Minister has appeared on the Keiser Report several times and knows about cryptos. Save him from a fate worse than Bitcoin!

i love the idea ray. maybe have a few addys pre programmed in there as selections to make things simpler. ofc it opens a can of worms of who controls the funds but thats a minor hurdle

Hey podizzle,

that's a correct objection.

But there is a good solution:
Zeitcoin has multisig addresses.  Wink
They could be controlled by more than one knight.

*Sighs sadly* No Roger, you're just as wrong about this as you probably are about just about everything else in your sad, lonely, meaningless little excuse for a life. I bet your parents would be really proud of you if they could see what you were making of this wonderful gift for bringing humanity together called the internet. I don't hate you, I just pity you. Do humanity a favour & contact www.dignitas.ch - PLEASE.

For those who are not European, Dignitas is a place in Switzerland where very sick people can go to in order to be assisted in bringing their lives to a peaceful, dignified ending Wink

 Cool

How many times do people have to get goosed before the take notice of a simple truth:-

If you don't control the private keys, it's not your money.

Quote
Thomas Tusser (1524 – 3 May 1580) was an English poet and farmer, best known for his instructional poem Five Hundred Points of Good Husbandry, an expanded version of his original title, A Hundreth Good Pointes of Husbandrie, first published in 1557. Five Hundred Points… contains the rhyming couplet:

A foole and his monie be soone at debate,
which after with sorrow repents him too late.[1]

This is an early version of the proverb A fool and his money are soon parted.[2]
