Certainly. Altcoins will recover their value. It's true things didn't go on that well with the coins in the crypto market recently. However, I still do believe in altcoins that they will recover.

Definitely. Altcoins will recover their value although the prices are low. People are still buying the coins and holding them for profits. I still do believe in altcoins that they will recover.

However altcoins are expected to recover once bitcoin touch around 12000dollars until then altcoins downtrend will continue altcoins holders should wait patiently for price growth.
It would be really weird if people didn't want to purchase Bitcoin if the price pumped that high. The markets should recover because of FOMO. Some opinion believe that at the total market cap of $400b and more, traders will try to put some fund into altcoin to trade with and earn some bitcoin. $12000 will give more than $400b of the total market cap. It might probably spring up pumps and dump among altcoin while it rises gradually. However, am still struggling to understand why altcoins are so affected by bitcoin slump

My candid opinion is that if an altcoin have a lot of potential then I don't see anything that can stop such coin from recovering back to its ICO price in the future. So, it actually depends on the potential of each altcoin in order to determine maybe it will recover or not.

What's the general feeling about some of the altcoins that have dropped in value considerably such as TRON, district0x, Cardano and SiberianChervonets. I've been HODLing these for a while hoping they will recover but their value seems to be getting even lower. With new coins being launched daily, is it likely that these will ever recover?
Some may likely recover, but not all. Their recovery will be based on some factors. Such as the development of the project that is backing the coin. So there must be regular updates on it. Otherwise, the growth might be affected and it might lead to more dump in price.

Same thing is happening with my coins too but I'm sure everything will return back to normal someday,it might take longer than expected and I'm not certain about the day but let's all hope for the best.
I don't think the faith is the only thing we have. THe knowledge is more important and i recommend to study and become more educated before bullrun. I agree with you, faith and intuition are good, but analysis and theory have not disturbed anyone. And while the market is standing still, there is just time to learn. Altcoin was indeed see and evaluate each of its development are present to improve the situation of the development of coins in the future. so this triggered Altcoin be the main coin of very able to reliably. with increased development capable of making it a valuable coin.

it all depends on the project itself. if the project will continue its development there is no doubt the coins will rise in price

You don't need to be afraid of new coin being launched daily, because that won't affect the old coin for recovery and growth so you don't need to worry if more new coin are launched then the old coin won't be able to recover, because the coin will recover and increase if indeed the coin project is very good and useful, therefore I am sure such as TRON, district0x and Cardano the price will definitely increase because the project from the coin is very useful for the future, so all you need to do is be patient and keep hold until the price increases again.

I think that the prices of some altcoins will recover and even grow, but many will simply die. New projects that are now entering the market will not prevent the price of altcoins from rising.

If they are actively developed and high volume cryptocurrency projects listed on big exchanges, they still have a good chance of hitting close to its ATH again one of these days.

Not sure if the market will ever surpass what it was at the apex of the super bull run in December/January, but if it does I’ll be very interested in seeing what caused it, because any news just results in either a loss or nothing.

Not all altcoins but strong coins with the useful product and experienced team will survive of course and show a good growth.

That is an optimistic thought which I honestly support, but you need to understand that all coins won't survive in this volatile market for long. Only the popular ones like Ethereum, Litecoin, Ripple, Monero, Dash etc will survive while the rest will most likely end up as bags and perish just like that which is why I always recommend buying and HODLING the popular coins for the long term. This strategy is clearly a lot safer.

I hope you don't buy at the peak, because maybe many altcoins will find it difficult to gain momentum like last year.

From several years of experience in cryptocurrency, coins whose prices go down will definitely recover. And I also believe that the price of the coin will recover because some of the coins that I hold now, the price goes up again. In holding a coin you must be patient and confident that the price of the coin will recover.

Yes, I agree with you. Many altcoins already now show huge growth, for example, IOTA Chain has pumped up tp 150% from its bottom, after Bithumb listing news.
