Maybe in the distant future, people will stop using cash, and will use only cards and cryptocurrencies. In each country it is individual. For example, in Iceland practically do not use cash, payment only by card. It is convenient and safe. In less developed countries, and in small towns and cities, technology does not penetrate as quickly, so there will be a long time to use cash
I am already replenishing a plastic card of one of the British banks with the help of cryptocurrency. And I can use this card anywhere and buy anything. Let the cryptocurrency on it be converted into a common currency, but this is not bad. And then can you tell me the list of which merchant and store in british that accept crypto a payment system? at least there are some online merchant that help every crypto holders to buy anything just like bitrefill.

Humanity to stop using cash is not happening. When you talk of adoption of cards only, remember there are people in very remote communities that don't even know what computer and digital world is like. Besides, most people still see card as something only the rich uses and also some will say the fraud in using card is much, they rather stick to cash.

They will eventually catching up with the technology whether it will requires decades for them but they will. The internet access is growing and growing everyday and most of the people wants that, it's not like because they are too late that they will never trying to learn new technology, they want to learn the new technology.

Cryptos may be used more widely in the future, but I don't think fiat currencies will be completely disappear. Firstly, cryptos have to solve problems like high volatility. Because such problems stand as a serious obstacle to growth.

Cash is something that will be really hard to for humanity to stop it use. Everything we do revolve around cash, just that there might be some change some years to come due to the success digital currency is gaining.

I believe this is possible. I have seen YouTube Asians using mobile payments. I believe it will have no cash in the world in the next decade. I think that banknotes are not conducive to circulation, and the speed of depreciation and the cost of printing are all problems.

With the development of the world of technology and everyone is familiar with the world of electronics. Do not rule out the possibility that one day people will forget cash and use a card. This is a manifestation of time and of course, with this development everyone will be facilitated in doing all things.

I really hope that in the future we will be able to notice such changes. But such fundamental changes are unlikely to occur in the coming years. In many areas, cash simply does not have an alternative as a stable and convenient payment method.
I agree. The world isn't ready for crypto or cashless transactions now. I think more people find it convenient to not use cash. But what about identity theft and hackers and card thieves.

The world will have to embrace cashless transaction at some point! The amount of money spent producing cash is staggering and casheconomy is slow, less secure and debt driven! Cryptocurrency transactions are payment are seamless, cheap and safe!

I think that in the near future this will not happen. The transition will be slow as necessary and it will take a long time for people to adapt to new technologies.

Today people want something fast or instant. so for the money the solution is bitcoin. For example, this Bitcoin already exists throughout the world, so if we go abroad we don't need to do money exchange anymore, because we can use bitcoin there, it is one of the advantages of bitcoin compared to other currencies.

About this you'll be able to browse the works on the socialist models of building a state. however all this, of course, the theory. If you are doing not take into consideration the psychological science of individuals. you'll be able to produce communism (not socialism) on the complete planet, and so you may not would like cash. however an explicit circle of individuals World Health Organization have targeted all the most resources of humanity can ne'er share them, therefore communism could be a dangerous enemy for them.

It's only human nature to be lazy. Hence, the hassle-free way which is using crypto currency will come prevalent in the future.
Right. And it's peer to peer, no bank necessary, it's very convenient, but what about the countries that don't have enough resources to pull off crypto. I think poor countries will still use their cash.

I have a vivid discussion with my friends lately. They say that one day people will forget what cash is and they will start use card only. Then the era of the changed and innovated cryptocurrency world comes, and we will stop using money and switch on crypto coins only. They say it might take twenty or thirty years, maybe longer, but it is a sure thing to happen, they have no doubts about it. I am not so sure... well, people might give up using cash as it is not that convenient, but giving up money as whole? I really really doubt it, it seems so impossible for me. What do you think? Maybe we will start using something brand new, neither cash nor cards? What is the future of the cryptocurrency world, anyway? Will it die in fifty, sixty years or it is going to be a thing that will live forever? Let's dream for a while Cashless society maybe possible to happen in the future but i dont know when will it happen, maybe possible after 10 or 20 years from now. But some people are against of it because some said this is evil, mark of the beast symbolism. There are pros and cons by removing fiat money and moving into cashless society. But i think when it comes to crypto it will create a positive impact that will drives the bitcoin price into higher level.

I think for some transactions people will still use cash to not be on the radar of income tax authorities. I don’t think that cash will disappear in the world. Some countries are too poor to have good banking system and credit cards.
