To understand more about Jarvis it is helpful to review a little of how the FX market works. With FX either the  broker or the prime broker has an account with a liquidity provider, which provides the Forex liquidity. When you deposit money into the broker account, the most brokers will take some  funds and  put them in a centralized USD pool, and the broker will open a mirrored trading account in USD in your trading platform (let say, it is MT4). So the money you see in MT4 is the mirror of the money you have deposited in the banking account of the broker. When you take a trade, you make a loan within the liquidity of the broker. You trade with their money, and a leverage.

So Jarvis does the same : we open an account within a Forex Liquidity provider (not a broker). As example, 1 million USD deposit. But instead of depositing money in a banking account, you deposit it in your wallet.

From your wallet, either you have fiat (let say 10 000 USD) or you have another asset (let's assume few Bitcoins). When you trade FX, we will lock your money (either the 10k USD or the BTC you have) into an escrow. Then, a loan is triggered in the liquidity pool connected to the Forex liquidity provider. You can now trade Fx without a broker, directly from your wallet.

20% to 25% of revenues looks insane to me... How can it be financially viable?

20% of the revenues is not something that important; some brokers, as example have a marketing budget around 20%, and their user acquisition cost is very high.

3 points deserve to be highlited here :

1. Mind that the company will manage a pool of 50M tokens and the DAO will manage a pool of 30M. These pools will be used to drive user acquisition and will then replace the need of conducting a classical marketing campaign. To drive user acquisition, there will be some ongoing bounty campaign / contest such as : the 10 users who have brought the most of new users through their referral link; these 10 users will share the monthly prize pool; or it could be the 10 developers whose add-on are the most downloaded this month.

Having these contests / ongoing bounty campaigns will incentivize these developers, or these users to commit even more, because they will become stakeholder and receive more revenus per token if the ecosystem keep growing, or just more revenue by growing their token stacks.


2. As the pools have 50M and 30M tokens (12% and  7% of all the tokens) they will also receive, like any token holders, a part of the revenue. In that case it will be 12% and 7% of the 20%. These revenues can be used for classical marketing campaign or can be used to buy back tokens from exchanges, to refill the pools, until the moment these pools will definitely be empty. So as you see there is some virtue circle.


3. An exchange does not need millions per month to be run efficiently. Even by giving away 40 or 60% of an exchange revenue, you might end up to be still profitable. This is why people are very interested to buy tokens distributing the exchanges revenues. Exchanges are the most valuable piece in this ecosystem. They can generate a lot of revenue.

Our bounty campaign will be divided into two : one starting very soon (you can suscribe to our newsletter on our website https://www.jarvis.exchange/, endowed with 10M tokens (worth 1M USD), and one which will start few weeks after the completion of the ICO for the launch of our first products (with 10M also).

2. Hundreds of feedbacks, years of work. We started to design trading widget for MT4 back in 2014. We switch then in 2017 to design trading interface. We launch a first prototype in France which was quite a success for us. What makes our UX different is that we are focusing on easing every task, steps, and providing pleasure. There is real pleasure when you are using a tool very well design. Our users were saying : we will never be able to go back to another trading platform. We applied the same method, the same vision, the same iteration, to the design of Jarvis. We do not do a user-friendly interface. We do a user-centric design, we provide an experience.

We will publish soon a video of the prototypes of the trading interfaces.

We are planning to grow the list of assets over the time, and probably overpass the listing size of these exchanges. However, it is not our priority at the moment as we want first to provide the most liquid coins/assets.

There might be more assets listed in the semi-decentralized one.

I can't wait to try it...

It is; it will not be as seamless as it sounds. You will need to generate an API key first. Then this key will be encrypted by PIN code on your device (in a data-locker). We will not keep your data on our side. You might not be able to withdraw or deposit funds, since a lot of exchange, for obvious security reason, do not allow this through their API.

But at least you will be able to use our UI, far superior, and keep ysing your favorite exchange... until the moment you fall for the Jarvis one

Hello Regarding ICO ratings we are currently doing it.

As for the competition in crypto, it is true yes ! But our value proposition are neither the fees, nor the number of asset listed. Most of the exchange has nothing to propose but low fees. They highlight their security, or their liquidity, or their user-friendlyness.

Of course we will provide such features, but we do not rely on this to acquire user. We do rely on our trading platform on the short term, our existing communities, and our deep knowledge of the trading and Fx industry. We do rely on the experience our exchange will provide, and our strategy.

One of them is helping traders to monetize their content; as example for traders doing coaching, live trading, and analysis. To run an analysis service today, you need our trading platform; then an another servie such as newsletter service, or Telegram/Discord or private FB group etc. to send your analysis to your customer. Within Jarvis, you can manage this through business add-in. For analysis, you make your analysis, then you send it directly to your group of customer within the platform; they do not receive an image, but they receive a notification to open a new chart window, with your analysis; these charts are linked so any change in first chart will change the others charts; others add-on include trading room, live streaming, copy trading etc.

We have already spoken with several french and spannish trader running such services and it is a solution they will like to use. By onboarding them, we will also onboard a big part of their community.
