perhaps with these market conditions a real-time counter would not be the most appropriate move, but not even the total absence of data on fundraising, do we say a compromise like a weekly updated counter?...

Due to price fluctuation, it is impossible to guess how much money they raised and due to the price of ETH they the raised amount will be getting lower in the market. So it is good to wait until the company gave an update about it.

I will suggest to add a live counter of raised fund just near the count down to remaining days for pre-ico round. Even in normal market conditions small investors specially like to watch the secured funds. Now in this phase it will be encouraging to many people. I like the idea of your exchange and whatever you want to develop but if you consider this suggestion useful do it.

The counter is good if you have big initial wave of investors or if your pre sale went good, otherwise it can be even worse to put it on. Its so interesting to see that most of their pre sale investors are from fiat, one year ago, it would be the other way around no doubt.

I agree on that, let's be honest, if after two weeks into an ICO you see a counter which shows , for example $20000 invested, are you going to throw money in it or start questioning why isn't getting traction?

We have lost the meaning and the value of money... I have seen very successful startup being funded with 200 to 500K usd... Successful Kickstarter campaign raising 50 to 100K USD. Facebook started with a 100K seed.

Raising 20K is great. 20M is better for sure! But let's go back to more realistic numbers. ICO has really made us think 500K usd is nothing.

jarvis will still develop the platform if they didn't raise their cap, right?
and yes, agree with those opinion, 500k USD is nothing in ICO sphere, i dont know why

500k USD is nothing in ICO sphere ... I would say was nothing ... the times are over now.
Today its a more healthier. The reason is simple, if people are throwing money after every shitty ICO, the expectations are going high.
This is fortunately over now.

Price fluctuation is there only if we tend to count in USD. If the count is in ETH or BTC it won't change a thing.

yeah but if the team needs USD it will matter a lot. especially if we're on a downward spiral.

24% if you participate in ICO.
The most important is that!
You have to go back to page 1

4% is several zeros before the decimal point in 20 years, in your account !  Tongue Tongue

That's a lot to share. hopefully they will have enough left to cover the operational costs.

This is the reason why so many people have started to develop many projects, on bitcointalk there have been people who with poor projects have become millionaires in a few days.

ON bitcointalk we saw many scammers or vaporware projects you wanted to say maybe...despite the fact that I know cryptos more then normies, I lost a total of 5 ether last year because of scammers/vaporware projects (Magos.AI and another one which I don't remember)

Disbelief about the poor knowledge, yes, scammers have taken advantage of the psychological weakness of new crypto users. And Jarvis must feel sorry for you, that's for sure!
On the other hand, you will be able to catch up with them with 24% after a few years of income, I am sure. According to my calculations, a person who invests for example 10,000 euros could ensure his retirement without doing anything or better by using part of his income on loans, grants etc... through the Exchange.

That would make it a security token, right? Or does it count if those "dividends" are paid in Jarvis dollars inside the site? If someone knows, please let me know.

Yes, in some countries Smiley In the Cayman Island, there is no security nor utility token; but after the ICO we want to be registered in Europe, to be regulated as such.

We will start with 25%, and if the financial situation allows for it, we will gradually increase to a maximum of 40%. I will sound ideologist, maybe demago, but our goal is the redistribute most of the revenue, and not only to token holder, but charity as example; and to keep enough funds for the operationnal and developpement.

Apparently, there are many people who are part of the campaign signing another exchange looking for information about the Jarvis project, this does not strike me as a bad thing. I am looking for information with the interest of investing, I believe that many with the same interest

I’m most interested in how they are working together to fix the errors of other projects. Earlier, the exchange refused to list projects that distribute dividends to their holders in this way. Or will they make it different?
