It's crazy, someone sold their coins for only 5 satoshis? How's that profitable? they are basically losing money and giving away their coins for free. Maybe scrypt ASICs are already starting to have an impact on coins. Maybe Hemp should pull a CAI and go THCx full pos, lol. |

Maybe scrypt ASICs are already starting to have an impact on coins. Maybe Hemp should pull a CAI and go THCx full pos, lol. How many did they sell? Someone is going to make out on that deal. |

If you design both sides I can animate the coin in flash and convert it into an animated gifI think it is important to keep a little bit of the marijuana aspect to the coin just to draw in that audience. Have a secretive connection to marijuana while overall being hemp. If you want to put a persons face on the back this guy is a good choice: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Marc_Emery although he is more marijuana than hemp. Thanks you, I'm well aware of Marc living in Vancouver and all, but yeah he's definitely more of an icon for legalization rather than cannabis in general. All the other replies: Thank you, I know a good load about cannabis and its uses, but I was asking about images rather than ideas. This is a quick mock-up with some of hemp's uses.     edit: added one in the current colours edit 2: one last, closer to current colours, more distinct look. |

Still working on the insight block explorer. Realized yesterday that all the info I'm taking from the coin and putting into the networks.js file MUST be hex values. Which means you do a hexdump of the block files and use that data.. Here I've been popping the regular strings in there and hoping for the best.. doh! lol I'm stuck finding the hex of the hash for the first or second block. I find the merkleroot and all that but I don't know what part of the hexdump is the "hash" for use in the networks.js file. If anyone knows what I'm talking about and how to get that hash in hex, please let me know. If not, I'm still plugging away! Can browse some things on the block explorer now but others are still broken. Nice to see support building for the coin!  |

I was very lucky to grab 175k yesterday at 30 satoshis..... I put the order up just in case someone wanted to dump all their coins, didn't think it would actually happen though. I really like this coin and would buy a tonne more, especially at that price. new compile for the windows wallet works like a charm too... Thanks Hempcoin. |

i try to vote every hour... if i am @ work i use my smartphone to vote. today we will be @ 38 i think.. going to buy some bitcoin to buy more hempcoin... maybe i will spend 0.1 btc for votes on mintpal. |
