For making new investment we should have some extra money and in 2018 not many people got their profit so how they will invest in something new?

You're hundred percent right, 2018 is not a year of profit making because I have started bounty hunting since February and I have not make up to $500 ,most of the tokens I got as rewards hardly have good values which I decide to hodl till next bullish market.. I think 2018 is  offering great opportunity to investors. We saw how coins can do 50 100x in 1 week and after we saw how these coins can decrease slowly and endlessly. So we can learn from here we can earn good amount of money but if we will not sell our coins in right time also we can loose too much money with slow and painful way. I quite agree with you mate. For anyone who has spare cash should invest in thus time because I don't think we will ever see the token price this cheaply after now.
