The team has resolved the issue and all games are now back up and running. Refunds for games that were running when the server went down are being processed.

60$ downtime freeroll Smiley .

I lost more money because I could not withdraw and had my money stuck on your site than this freeroll offers.

Brutal beat but 0.720995 BTC definitely helps soften the blow Grin

Also, @SwC_Poker I was emailing back and forth with SwC Poker Affiliates a few weeks ago about creating a handful of freerolls (I previously ran 5 private freerolls in September), but I'm no longer getting any replies. I just resent my last email if that helps speed up the process.

You are not alone - I have been working with SwC Poker for quite a long time and I have been very thankful for what they did for our community - unfortunately though, communication has pretty much always been tough and for a weeks, I am not hearing back at all - while our last bitcointalk poker series winner is still waiting for his BIG BTC Ticket to get credited.

Really? I'm surprised by that as it's not hard on their end. Who won? (I can always check), but next time I decide to log in I can bring it up in their chatbox a few times. Side note did anyone ever receive the hats that were an addition to the champions prize? I remember ordering one and until I read this sort of forgot about it.

Have you considered stopping this nonsense? Imagine how this looks for new players, especially when they don't even filter the games.

Nope - iv4n was the winner. Regarding hats: Nope, I have been told they are looking into the hats issue ever since...

We believe both of these support tickets have now been taken care of and apologize for the delay. Support aims to resolve all tickets in a timely manner but there can be occasional delays with a high volume of support requests.

This! Please lower your cap at 50/100 and above! it is way too much rake with this btc run! you will lose a lot of player tho! thanks!

The team is currently working on adjustments to lower cash game rake caps. As the value of bitcoin changes we will continue to review and adjust the caps as needed to keep them in line.
