Just few days back i was happy that crypto is back in green but now i have no hope again.

Yeah panic sellers are doing wrong not only with them selves but they are contributing to the long fall in price for future.  In crypto currency panic selling is another name of money eater so never apply this. Most people suffer losses because of the panic they get when the price of the coins they hold falls and continues to fall then they find bad news about the coins they have or about the cryptocurrency and that makes them confused about what they will do next. So, i think it's better for you to observe and analyze yourself about the coins that you hold whether it's true that the coin will fall and continue to fall or is it still possible to recover.
