it's already happen and panic is normal, what do you want, stay calm?. Everyone have the same condition and sell all asset is their choice not for profit but their capital from bigger lost. as soon as useful cryptocurrencies start being created. otherwise we have all these shitcoins and shittokens that are being created every day and the only way they can go up in price is if they are pumped by fooling a bunch of kids into putting their money in those useless coins. and that kind of rise/pump obviously can not last long.

in other words this "growth" you are looking for, based on current market situation will only come when they start pumping altcoins again and to pump them they first need to dump them.

I think it's normal for other people to panic, especially those who had invested a huge amount of money, but do not be fooled by the amount that you are seeing. As long as you are not selling, you are not losing money. Just HODL, do not take part of the dump, because who ever is making the market crash wants you to sell and make the prices even lower.

It's hard for people not to panic in times like this, it's even worse for those who are relatively new in this space. Some have not seen this amount of drain from the market and the attendant losses they came with it. A constant reminder like this for people to keep calm and be hopeful is in order.

You forgot to mention something important,the manipulation is the thinch which affects the prices more than the news and it the thing also causes the panic among the sellers.We just keep holding when we are real crypto lovers but some others people make use of that to make profits in their own profits so teach the people about how the market is moving other than don't panic just hold your coins.
