That's right. Now there are a lot of fraudulent ICOs that lack a regulator who would control their activities!
The introduction of the regulator will not win at one point fraudulent ICO. This requires a long and systematic work, including among investors. People need to learn to distinguish fraudsters from honest people. If there is a regulator, the appearance of scams will be rare. What people themselves think again and will cease to bring money to scammers, I do not believe

Yes, ico's regulation is more conducive to the future development of cryptocurrency. When the risk of ico falls to the limit, the bull market for the cryptocurrency market will come. The Philippines is ready to begin monitoring the ico project.

I strongly agree if a supervisory body is formed that has the task of checking all new ICO projects. So that this can help everyone like investors and bounty hunters avoid fraudulent actions. The fraudulent actions taken by irresponsible people have caused many people to lose money.

A strong yes. ICOs should be regulated so as to protect potential investors and bounty hunters from being cheated. Reports are increasing that many new fake ICOs are cheating investors and bounty hunters in the name of new ICO. And they can do so without any fear and regret. If there are regulations in place, such scams more or less will be avoided.

I believe that overseeing ICO projects effectively protects the interests of investors and hunters from harm, and I believe that as trade scams in the ICO market decrease, more traders will participate in ICO.

From long ago, i think that there should be a regulation that could control the making of an ICO to minimize the scam chance. Cause today, it seems there is no end to scam project, it keep on appearing without we relaize it.

That's correct. I think someone of a governing body should look up and regulate ICO because of the rampant scams around. I believed that ICO will continue to exist as long as crypto lives, so it's a on-going battle for us investors to really do our own research so that we won't be scam. But a governing body will be very good in the long term.

Considering the high level of scam associated with ICOs presently, many investors are at risk of loosing their investments. Bounty hunters like us are not spared as we may be rendering free services to some scammers and also risking our personal data.
I suppose a regulatory body be set up to audit the ICO process and the founders, and if anything goes wrong or should the project fail, they will be liable. This will reduce drastically investors risk and also keep scammers away. What do you think?
Yes I agree, another year now and still ICO scam shits are free to collect money no one has been jailed for illegal icos authorities in-charge in this ico investment are still sleeping and no actions they are too slow to regulate icos.

Who will be regulator, i think when ICO get regulated and KYC held, already reduce ICO investor. But actually it is good idea because investor's money will keep safe even project get scam or not success in market.

I think it is high time to bring regulations strictly in place to prevent fake ICOs. There are reports that many new fake ICOs have been cheating bounty hunters and investors. Regulating new ICOs will also help make the market stable, thus attracting more and more investors. Likewise, regulations will also help protect investments.

so true. however, ICOs that have rules in it will certainly run quite well. however, in terms of price, I don't think we can determine it, because sometimes, investors and bounties always sell their tokens at a fairly cheap price. however, I think regulation will indeed keep a project running so that the price of the coin will be better.

there are a lot of such organizations that qualitatively evaluate ICO, but the question is why they need us??? They chose the right ICO project, invested in it, in a few years they took a solid amount and then look for new opportunities for investment, only one question remains, what do they need us for? This is the whole difficulty of being a good trader that you could distinguish the reality of this Scam.

the scammer must be overcome in order not to create ICO became progressively worse. with the tightening of conditions such as the ICO as a rule that exists for the ICO will certainly be able to make or create ICO for the better. but creating the agency oversight to this also cannot be realized instantaneously and takes time.

But now there is one biggest problem. Effectively regulating ICO requires a government agency. Otherwise, regulation will definitely not have much effect. Once the government agencies supervise the ICO, the ICO's vitality may decline, and it will become like stock.

I really hope that in the future this way of regulating the ICO market will really appear. Because due to the fall of the crypto market and many instances of fraud, many investors lose confidence and stop investing their money in promising projects.

A regulatory body is a good idea but where would you set it up? The world is getting united as one because of cryptocurrency. Because crypto is not strictly bound within a political territory. Having said that, you will have a huge body because it will be responsible to oversee the ICO operations across the whole globe. It might be very hard to monitor all ICOs all over the world. My idea is that countries should seriously curb the existence of ICOs within their territories. A regulation should therefore be put into place. And developers who are proven to be part of scam ICOs should be punished accordingly.

Regulation is the only solution to scam projects that are flooding crypto space lately ,they never cease to exist so if regulation takes place then we will have enough space to breath

It will surely not be a bad idea if ICO is regulated but we do not want such regulations that will have negative effect in the people, though is a better way of eradicating scam.

I guess that this industry should be regulated, because there are a lot of scammers who want to steal money from the honest investors.
