Patience will always pay off.  Look at Amazon, the stock crashed over 80 percent after the dot.com crash happened.  Slowly but surely it started to rise and the company began to expand and eventually it became a trillion dollar company.  Bitcoin has a similar trajectory but the time frame is much shorter.

I did the same thing because iam loss too much money. There no other way just hold it for long term untill next bull market coming. I never sell my coins in big loss because i believe this is market cycle and bull market will coming later. I will keep holding for next 1 to 2 years until bull run coming.

But sometimes doing this type of methods which is HOLD, it measures our patience of how long we can wait for this matter.
Were most of the time some are became impatience especially if the market is not changing in the situation of declined scenario.

Yes i agree with that hodling is important for now eventhough the market is still on blood we should understand what happening is just a normal phenomenon of bitcoin and it is not permanent as everyone is panic selling their hodl.

Hold strategy is good only for those who can afford it. That is, for people who deliberately invested in crypto currency for the long term. These people don't need money now, they are only interested in a long-term goal.
I think that among small investors we will find such people a minority. That is, the majority of small investors are ordinary people who receive average salaries and cannot afford to live as they would like.

I am sorry but I dont think HODL is a good strategy for small marketcap altcoins. You can HODL BTC or some big alts like ETH or XRP but never HODL small alts. Every day new coins/tokens enter the market and some of them are very very strong. Smart money will buy these coins/tokens they will not buy a coin/token which has old technology.

man, I am with you here. You can deal with the day trading using altcoins with small market capitalization and even earn on it well. However, I prefer to hodl Bitcoin, Ethereum, Monero.

Agreed with you buying is good because if we will buy only then we will be able to hold but if you are making choice between holding or selling the  only option I will go for is holding because this is the only way i can make profit. Still a wild guess friend,  we aren't be sure if tomorrow or the coming days will be uprising. Though holding is good and safe for losing but it isn't good to just keep on holding for a year or more just cope up the price we want.  It could be better to sell them and invest to other coins, so we don't loss time and could have chances to recover our losses.

Well, buying more coins that we hold can help us get more profits in the future when the market recovers but I think we shouldn't do that because this market always collapses unexpectedly, sometimes what we hold can fall deeper than ever, and if we buy more and hold too much, the collapse will create a big loss, so I will not encourage this action. Besides holding, if we have some money, we should use this money to learn more about trading day, accumulate experience and knowledge, from there, we will be able to make money at all different market conditions, we will not need to depend completely on hold

Holding is the only real option that many investors have at this point, if they knew how to trade then they will not be having as many problems as they have now, so they only got two choices, they sell their coins or they keep them and I do not do about you but it doesn't feel right to sell my coins for a very low price knowing that just in a few years the price that we are seeing now will be thought to be very cheap.

HODL is the best strategy for making profits for a long time. Requires great patience and finances, because invested capital should not be sold if it is not profitable.
Many millionaire examples suffered huge losses, but still survived and eventually they succeeded because they did not give up.

I don't think that the end of 2018 is not the time for BITCOIN and instead I see a decline in the beginning of 2019. but keep in mind this is not the end of bitcoin I myself still believe in bitcoin and I believe in the future the bitcoin market will be bright again
