I am surprised to see the score board and who is this Karim Janat who destroyed the West Indies batting line up and he took 4 wickets in 3 overs and just gave 7 runs and it is a masterful performance and from this situation Afghanistan can win the match as West Indies still need 89 runs from 46 balls and Rashid Khan has 3 overs left and it is a tough target to chase now.

I did not expect a turnaround like this, i am hearing about this player for the first time and i thought West Indies will win the match easily with the way Afghanistan was struggling after having a good start and with a target of 148 i thought West Indies will chase that easily as they did that in the past and all of a sudden one bowler changed everything and made a mess of my bet  . Good to see Afghanistan win with all the odds against them and i wonder how many lost their bet today.

I think you would be surprised by now as not only they put 147 runs on the board but also they are now close to the winning. WI now need 79 runs and only 4 wickets are left for them. We will for sure witness an upset today.

I am surprised that they get to a total of 147 after seeing them loosing 6 wickets in quick succession and i thought West Indies will be chasing it easily and i went out thinking that there is nothing interesting and when i came back i was shocked that West Indies was struggling  . I am yet to watch the bowling performance of Karim Janat and a 5 wicket haul at a good economy is brilliant and he is an all rounder and this was his coming out party with a bang.

If he (Karim Janat) is able to perform on a consistent basis, then it will be good for Afghanistan. Because right now they are lacking quality pace bowlers, with the performance by Naveen ul Haq being very ordinary so far. Janat is more of a medium pace bowler than a tearaway fast bowler, but in the T20 format it is bowlers like him who are more effective.

Now the series is tied 1-1 and the third T20 match (today afternoon) is going to be very decisive. A series victory against one of the best T20 sides in the world would be a huge confidence booster for Afghanistan and it will help them in getting more sponsors, and more importantly additional tours from stronger sides such as India and Australia.

This team has real talent and as the years are passing by they are showing good progress with both bat and bowl and we can see some excpetional perfomances of players as well. I think in coming time they would be another good team with the likes of SL, Pakistan, Bangladesh etc.

I did not expect a performance like they had yesterday and i thought if Afghanistan has to win the contribution from Rashid Khan should be exceptional but they had a new bowling start yesterday and they were able to level the series but i am not expecting the same performance today and i guess West Indies will play him better today and i am going with West Indies to win the match.

Afghanistan didn't started well in the final T20 but Rahmanullah Gurbaz played an outstanding innings of 79 runs. They are looking to score above 150 runs and i think this will be enough for them to beat the West Indies. I do hope the young Afghanistan team can create an history today.

After seeing the comfortable win of West Indies in the first T20 who would have dreamt this kind of turn over in the series and Afghanistan coming back from behind and wining the series and that too quite convincingly and both the matches they won, they won by a big margin and so is the reason they are a force in the T20 format and if they are able to find a couple of good batsman then they have the bowlers to defend any total.

Amazing stuff by AFG. I would like to see the faces of all those people who over-estimated WI in T-20 tournaments. This is why T-20 tournaments are so unpredictable people making them the perfect platforms for betting and entertainment.

The biggest takeaway from this series is the manner in which AFG won by decent margins against a team like WI in a T-20 series. Rashid Khan is leading the side brilliantly as expected.

The players started taking responsibility to come up with match winning performance and they always had a good bowling line up because of the world class spin attack but they always lacked in batting power and depth and if they are able to put a decent score on the board then they can pose a challenge and the West Indies side is not having some of their best T20 players as they are playing in league matches in South Africa and Dubai. If his partner (Hazratullah Zazai) is able to give him some support, then Afghanistan batting will be in much better shape and the pressure will be relieved from Asghar Afghan/Mohammad Nabi.

And I don't think that it is fair to blame the players. Cricket is just like any other career option, but the difference is that the duration can be very limited. A player may remain at his peak form for a maximum 4-5 years. So he needs to earn as much as he can during this period. Else, he will end up in a bad financial state, which has happened to many well known cricket players such as Arshad Khan and Chris Cairns.

Guess West Indies took Afghanistan too much lightly after the 1st T-20 win. A good comeback display from Afghanistan here. I think WI board hardly has any interest to fulfill the needs of the Old players. That's why most of them are preferring to play in other leagues rather to play for national side. Darren Bravo is a much of a ODI player I guess...
