In my opinion KL Rahul is really playing well and unless and until India looks to go for a left hand right hand combination i do not think Dhawan will get that spot unless he performs extraordinarily well, what about MS Dhoni will he be playing in the World cup and i hope he plays and if that is the case he will book that spot and Pant sits out and Sanju Samson is unlikely to get an option considering the way in which they treated in the last few series and giving him one opportunity to play, Bumrah is fixed and i think Mohammed Shami will share the new ball and the rest of the players depends upon how they perform during the following months before the World Cup.

This team is for the World Cup? If so, Dhawan is more suited for ODI so would love Rahul instead. Iyer is losing his form but still 9 months to go which would mean so many team members being replaced, dropped, injured (God forbid!). Also, the tournament is going to be in Australia so that's again in Aussie's advantage.

To sum up everything i would say its mess right now (Good thing) and management/ Kohli are not sure what's their Bullet-proof combination. that's why we are witnessing dramatic changes in team and shuffling at the batting order. tough time for any Selector, so don't get surprise if your favorite players are left behind.

This is because India have too many good players that it is impossible for the selectors to decide which player to keep and which to drop. No combination or player can be 100% perfect choice but in the long run this competition will force the Indians to increase their performance to the next big level if they want to stay in the team.

This time around India does have a lot of good batsmen, bowlers and all rounders. It will be really hard for the selectors to choose from so many good players. The team as a unit can be choosen but the players decide the fate of the game.

I am not sure about international squad but, I am pretty sure about IPL. Domestic cricket has helped a lot of new talents to get selected in a IPL  team. India is abundant with batting talent the problem was always with bowling talent. Only few have made it to the headlines. When we talk about team combination bowling plays an important role. With the recently concluded T20 match, I can see that the selectors have quite an abundant source of bowling talent available for them to choose.

India has also got bowling talents but the nature of pitch changes a lot when they were going to play on overseas conditions like South Africa,Australia and England where pitch assist more seam and fast bowlers so bowlers had hard time to assists there but now India got bowlers like Bumrah and Shami who adopted to all the conditions and also got furious speed with ball equal to Australian seamers.

Hardik was a better T20 player and if he fully fit to play then form will not be a problem but until now is not recovered so still its a question that he will play or not.

Meanwhile Shami and Rohit were back into the squad and they will be playing their NZ series.

So this means that India should easily win the series with Australia, because as everyone is saying that India has more good players that they do not even fit in  playing Eleven. Well, I still think that Australia will perform well and I have a reason for that, We shall see once the matches are live.

Having the best team doesn't ensure 100% winning rate on every matches they were playing,it all depends on that particular day and how players are going to perform in all the three departments.

Awesome list though I would make a couple of changes. Pant and Sanju will automatically go to 2nd and 3rd position respectively if MSD is back in the squad. Pandey might be the best choice for the 5th position due to his recent performances.

Others are definitely going to disagree, but in my opinion two teams from India should be allowed to take part in the T20 world cup. In addition to the India team, there should be another India B team. Teams such as UAE and Oman, who are fielding Indian citizens are allowed to take part in the tournament. Then why can't they allow another team from India? At least this team will perform much better than weaker sides such as Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Pakistan.etc. And TV revenues will definitely get a big boost, as 60% of the share is coming from India.

Pandya is not recovered from injury so it gives an opportunity for a new man to play if he doesn't comeback and I won't say Pandey will be perfect because he is always been an inconsistent player but prefer Iyer who is consistent and more responsible which is always needed in a tough situation of game that is the time where middle order batsmen come in to the crease.

I chose Iyer for the 4th position while I chose Pandey for the 5th position. Pandey is inconsistent, but he has performed more often than not these days. On the other hand, Pandya will most likely recover by then(Especially after his recent engagement).

All rounders like Pandya and Jadeja are crucial in the Indian team and their experience will help them in a big way in the upcoming World Cup which is why I would select them over the other players.

Its true that India has strong team and good bench strength but its would be unrealistic to say if India is going to win easily (CT and WC). and India having good team doesn't mean other teams are bad, it just short analysis of Indian Team it can be done for other teams also Eng,Aus,NZ, Pak.

The 2020 ICC Men's T20 World Cup is still more than 10 months away, and it will be a bit premature to talk about the team selection for that tournament. I am sure that by that time, a number of new players will come in and some of the familiar faces will fade in to oblivion. Apart from Kohli/Sharma/Bumrah, none of the other spots are 100% decided. And who knows? If the selectors want to give him a grand farewell, then even Mahendra Singh Dhoni may get included in the squad.

The strength of a team depends upon how well they can perform as a team and it was evident from today's match between India and Australia as both teams had good teams and everyone expecting a competitive match but Australia dominated with the ball and the bat and it was an one sided affair. If you are not performing well in one department it might affect the entire game as we saw today.

We have better wicket keeping batsmen (KL Rahul/Rishabh Pant/Sanju Samson) and therefore I can't see a possibility of MSD replacing any of these three players in the squad for the 2020 T20 World Cup.
