Dushmantha Chameera scored 6 vital runs on last two balls to win the game for Sri Lanka. Zimbabwe team is losing almost every match they play and in last T20 match they have a chance to break that losing streak. The batting lacks some consistency but the bowling has been a poor performance in the first T20I match. So the batting line along with the bowling will have to perform very carefully and patiently to compete against Sri Lanka. In last match against Srilanka Sikandar Raza batting performance is outstanding they scored fifty 62 runs in just 42 balls and keep his team total to 140 plus runs. Sydney and Perth are top teams of current BBL, after winning this game Sydney sixers are at number 2 spot while Perth Scorchers are at number 3. Scorchers v Sixers: Slow start from Scorchers, mere 60 something runs by 10 overs, then we see acceleration from Evans who made 72 (34), good finishing touches from Connolly 37(18)* and they put up a great total of 197 for Sixers to chase, total that was completely out of expectation at first.

Sixers had in mind what they were chasing, they played at 10 RPO throughout the chase, had terrific start by their openers mainly Huges, he played aggressive knock of 74(43), and lastly Henriques who made 43(19)* cemented the win on the last ball by hitting four (1 run was required).

The decision to field Zimbabwe after winning the toss was very reasonable especially as four Sri Lankan batsmen got out early and Sri Lanka was under a lot of pressure especially after 8 overs with only 43 runs. If Sri Lanka continues to bat like this, it is doubtful whether the runs will reach 140 runs. But in today's match if Sri Lanka can bat till the end then even if the team score is 130+ there will be a chance of victory. As T20 matches are being played on bowling pitches, it will be difficult for both teams to score runs.

When I watched the match I thought the match would not go more than 120 to 130 runs. But Heinrich klaasen innings of 64 off 41 balls was instrumental in the team's score reaching 145. At first it looked like the target was very easy but no, the pitch was bowling friendly. Durban Super Giants bowlers kept the Joburg Super Kings batsmen under a lot of pressure from the start, with the Super Kings team scoring at 71/6 after 14.3 overs.
