From the beginning of the first innings, the New Zealand team played well and scored more runs. From the beginning to the end, the New Zealand team players put up a great batting performance which led to a huge score. 226 runs in a T20 match is not a small thing, but it is a huge collection as we have seen in many ODIs and also in Test matches some teams have not scored so many runs this season. But there today New Zealand team collected 226 runs against Pakistan T20 match. It can be called very big. on the other hand, Pakistan managed to score 180 runs. this is not a bad score in a T20 match either. Pakistan's run rate was also very good but after playing 18 overs they lost all the wickets which forced them to lose the match. New Zealand won the match by 46 runs which was a really big win

Since New Zealand batted first, they played with confidence without any fear, due to which their quality of play was much better. But on the other hand, Pakistan were worried about getting a big run target and lost all their wickets in their quick run collection. Due to panic, Pakistan managed to advance in the direction of runs but lost all the wickets before the end of the over. However the match was very tight both teams played very well and both teams ended the match with a good score. Such a match is rarely seen.

In the first T20 match of Pakistan vs New Zealand, Pakistan's bowlers seem to have become helpless against New Zealand's batsmen. Because the New Zealand batsmen have batted brilliantly, New Zealand scored 226 runs in the twenty over game.  Here, if Pakistan's bowlers could have controlled the ball, New Zealand would never have scored 226 runs. We all know that Pakistan's bowling line is very good but in the first T20 match we saw another Pakistan, their bowling was very bad. Well, I will at least say that Pakistan didn't play badly. The bowling was average. Some will also say below average. But the batting was ok. Now could Pakistan have done better knowing that the target is huge? Of course. Maybe they could have avoided the run-out. If Ayub didn't get run out, the outcome might have been very different. Because he was striking it really well. And Pakistan also had a few single-digit scores. That has definitely been a problem for them. And remember they got all out in 18 overs. If they had wickets in hand, things could be very different. Not saying that they could actually get 47 from 12 balls but if they had 4/5  wickets in the last 2 overs and they needed 35/36 could have been a very different gave altogether.

Sydney Thunder Vs Sydney Sixers
Sydney Thunder and Sydney Sixers met in the 34th match. Batting first the score of Sydney Sixers stopped at 151/7. I thought it would be difficult for the Sixers to defend such a below par total against a strong Thunder batting lineup. When Sydney ended the batting powerplay coldly I thought they almost won the match, but no. As we have seen before in cricket, anything is possible and the Sixers came out all guns blazing on the field to defend their total. The run rate went down after the wicket of Alex Hales and could not recover from there, with Steve Okeefe in particular bowling brilliantly, taking three wickets for 13 runs in four overs. Full credit for today's match goes to the bowling prowess of the Sydney Sixers, who beat the Thunder by 19 runs.

In this game, Sydney Sixer team won this game from Sydney thunder team in 34 th game of BBL series. Sydney Thunder team won toss and get a chance to choose bat or bowl first and ST team elected field first. Sydney Sixers team set a 151 runs in overall team in T20 by losing 7 wickets. This target was good and normal not very high runs but its bowling effort was outstanding. S.Keefe bowler got a player of game award for their brilliant bowling effort and he took down 3 wickets in 4 overs with 13 runs. S.Smitg effort in this game was very poor and did not score a single run. Leader M.Henriques also did not play well and he scored 8 runs in 4 balls with two 4s. In ST team, ST team effort also very poor and scored only 37 runs in 39 balls with one 4s and two 6s. Sydney Thunder lost this game by 19 runs were left for chase and Sydney Sixers won this game.

New Zealand made a total of 226/8, in a pitch that provided almost equal opportunity for both the batsmen and the bowlers. And Pakistan's fate was decided then itself. Chasing this huge target was next to impossible, given the presence of experienced bowlers such as Tim Southee, Matt Henry and Adam Milne in the Kiwi squad. And I agree with you on Saim Ayub. His run out was quite crucial. Until he got out, Pakistan still had some chance to win the match. But the miscommunication between him and Mohammad Rizwan made sure that Pakistan lose this match.

Currently this match is ongoing on crease and Pretoria Capitals squad batting inning is in progress but this match has already done because in 15 deliveries 52 scores remained for defend this is impossible. If Pretoria Capitals squad hit four in every single delivery then they will emerge victory but this is not possible.

Despite being a batting friendly pitch, the performance of Pakistan's batsmen has been erratic in recent times. Even so, the Pakistan team got off to a very good start. If they could maintain this consistency then they had a chance to win the match. Pakistan collected 100 runs in the first 9 overs, but they lost three wickets. In the 16th, 17th and 18th overs, Pakistan lost two wickets in each over consecutively. And they lost the match. Pakistan would have been able to beat New Zealand in this match had they not lost quick wickets or had Rizwan and Babar Azam stayed at the crease.

In the 1st T20I Match between New Zealand vs Pakistan, NZ won by 46 runs. I must say, both team played excellently. Bats line was perfect for NZ. As Pakistan won the toss, they opted to field. I didn't watch the game, so I don't know if the pitch behaved differently from first inning to second, but mostly likely it played the same in my assumption. And as we speak the Pakistan lost the match because of their bowling and I don't know the reason why Pakistan failed to produce a good spinner in the last few years even though they have domestic league for this particular format which is the X factor and that needs to be addressed for the better of Pakistan bowling attack in future.

When Williamson and Daryl Mitchell's partnership was solid, Pakistan should have attacked back and forth with spinners and fast bowling. But Shaheen Afridi, the captain of the Pakistan team, could not use the right strategy at the right time, exploiting this weakness of the Pakistan team, the New Zealand team scored huge runs. But relatively none of the batsmen in the Pakistan team could be relied upon as they came on the field quickly and left quickly. Only Babar Azam scored 57 runs, but other players can score good runs.

The 22th match of Super Mash against Central Districts vs Wellington already started. Wellington choose batting first and they are able to took 147 run after losing 8 wickets. Even then this was not a big score for the t20 format but I think there was little chance to win for Central Districts because if we see their previous matches their performance wasn't good enough. So if Wellington can do their good performance on bowling format I think they can easily win this match.

Brisbane Heat vs Perth Scorchers

These two teams will face each other today in the 35th match of the Australian Big Bash League. Meanwhile, Perth Scorchers won the toss even though they chose to bat first. Pakistan's bowling in yesterday's match was very poor and the run rate was above 11.3 runs/over. So losing Pakistan in the first T20 means more pressure on Pakistan. To win the series, Pakistan must win three of the next four matches, while New Zealand needs to win two of the next four matches.

Don't mix ODI with T20 as both are different formats and require different skills. Pakistan lost the first match but still have good chance to make a comeback. They as a team are good with T20! cricket but their batting has not be that good. You mixed up Newzealand  needs to win another two games to win the series. Whereas Pakistan need to win three games to win the series.

Tim Southee dangerous himself with 4 wickets although Daryl Mitchell and Kane Williamson both contributed significantly to New Zealand success with half-centuries. New Zealand emerged victorious by 46 runs opening up a 1-0 lead in the 5 match series.

Pakistani bowlers needed a little more controlled bowling. Shaheen Afridi took four wickets against New Zealand but he could not bowl economically. In the four overs that Shaheen Afridi has bowled, he has spent around 12 runs per over. If a bowler like him spends 12 runs per over, it is not unusual for other bowlers to be expensive. I won't blame the Pakistani batsmen in this match because they tried hard in the second innings but the target was very high so they were under pressure to score runs and take the team to a good position and even under this pressure they managed to score 180 runs. Had the target been 200 runs then Pakistan would have come very close to winning this match or could have won it but it didn't happen. However, New Zealand's bowlers and batsmen have done well enough to pull off such a great win in the first match.

To me, most of the New Zealand players performed well, and it was Mitchell and Williamson who took the game in favor of New Zealand. While chasing the target, Pakistan played well till the end of 15^th over. Pakistan was 159/4, and they lost every wicket by the end of 18 overs. The runout of Ayub was completely unwanted because he was in a better position and performing well. If he had stood strong, the upcoming players could've avoided unwanted pressure.
